How do I give 6 stars on this thing? Am I glad I chose Harcourts to sell my house. My agent was the loveliest lady Sonja. She walks into your home and you feel like you've known her for years. She is so thorough, so detailed and was super helpful in explaining all the steps and requirements of my house sale, down to little details like notifying my bank Iwas selling. I didnt even know I had to do that. The way she handled everything.. first class. My house was listed on a Wednesday night and had 3 offers by the next morning. In less than 24 hours my house was SOLD. I mean of that isn't efficiency I dont know what is. When you meet Sonja you dont meet an agent, you meet a family friend.
