    Wait for over 30 minutes to get assisted by a pharmacist. Queue as long as the '94 elections with only 1 pharmacist attending to the customers.

    Spent almost 3 hours in dischem the other day. Firstly the queue for the dispensary to get the medication was so long and only 2 pharmacists assisting while there were staff walking up and down the aisles. so about 1 hour spent in that line. The pharmacists were not concerned at all just casually chatting to each other as they assisted the clients. No urgency at all. Surely others are trained to assist. Also have to note that it was a pension pay out day so the pharmacy was full of pensioners who had to sit around for hours. Surely the dischem management team are aware of these dates and should make sure that there are enough pharmacists on duty throughout the day???Then spent about 1.5 hours waiting in line for the sisters to be freed up to get the injection and there was not even a long line there so Heaven knows what took so long. It was not even lunch time. I got in at 1.30pm and left at just after 4pm. I have to drive further but I would rather go all the way to Mall of Africa or Northgate. Their service is 100% better. The only reason they getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because they at least have a full complement of cashiers at the normal check out.

    I had a clinic appointment and the nurse Lungile made it very pleasant for me. She was very professional and engaging with me,she explained everything I needed to know and was patient and gentle with me. Thank you Lungi, keep up the great work!

    Another Company will be boycotting thanks to their racist hiring policies. no exceptions for any other race. you should be ashamed for this. everyone should have a fair chance in getting a job. say no to BEE and no to Nepotism.

    Pharmacy always seems short staffed during lunch times which is when people generally visit the store, otherwise pharmacy staff are generally friendly and helpful

    Got my booster shot 8th June 2022, 14:00. Most cruel nurse, gave me the most painful shot and showed no empathy, treating people like animals with an untidy desk. I've gotten 2 shots before and it wasn't a horrible experience.

    every time when i make a clinic booking they phone the day before the appointment to say they don't have stock this is the 4th time what's the point of making a booking, having it confirmed? Then a day before you call to say you don't have stock absolutely PATHETIC!!!! will advise to use other Dischem branches not this one!

    Absolutely disgusting service from Sister Bonolo at the clinic. I took my 2 month old baby for her vaccine and firstly waited for 30 minutes after making an appointment. I was told she was on lunch. She then made her royal arrival. Then proceeded to argue with me about being in the room. I explained to her that I was just there to answer the questions that needed to be answered and would leave. Hubby would be with baby whilst she gets her vaccine. She then proceeded to argue with me. Told me that I needed to sit for her to proceed and I told her I would rather stand. She went on and on and I told her again that I'm only there to answer the questions and would leave. She then told me to sit outside. Please stay away from her and her attitude.

    Not good at all yesterday the cashier who saved me was very rude singing while saving me and had to complain about the price argh not going back ever again I rather go Westgate one though princess is the closest.

    The service by the pharmacy where we submit prescriptions is so slow. The staff is very friendly and helpful though. Can you get more staff please.

    HORRIBLE SERVICE THE LADY AT RECEPTION AT THE CLINIC HAS AN ATTITUDE. SHE'S RUDE AND SHOWS NO CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE. EVEN IF YOU HAVING A BAD DAY YOU CAN NEVER TAKE THEM OUT ON YOUR CUSTOMERS...SORRY DISCHEM PRINCESS CROSSING YOU LOST A CUSTOMER

    Overstaffed with people with stinking attitudes and no self respect judging by how they treat customers. Don't dare ask a question or for help, you will get eye balled and ignore flat. Definately a good example of people who hate their jobs. I wonder if people realize that if they chase customers away, eventually they will be without jobs and an income?

    I was very upset and disappointed I had to wait 3 days for emergency medication. Was told it would be delivered within 24 hours. Received no call to say it won't. But after newsbreaks this weekens I totally understand.

    Having problems when the get the prescription ready for collection. They don't give all the pills and then write on the box (X) pills to follow. A person does not see that they have written that and they don't communicate it with you and then you have to drive back to the shop to collect the shortfall. This last time took the cake, one of my schedule 5 pills they only dispensed 1 with 29 to follow so I cannot go back to the shop the following day and am going without my mess. They are dropping the ball. The only thing to do now is to go and queue and see that all the medication is packed correctly. It is most frustrating. If it only happened once you could accept it but it seems to be happening a lot and to other people too. A person cannot get through bu phone to speak to the pharmacists or a person with a higher authority.

    Horrible Covid 19 protocols. The shop is full of elderly people and no social distancing in place. The self medication que is very close to the prescription medication que. It was said that there is 9 tellers working however for the 5 minutes standing there only 5 operated. I complained at the manager and it was stated that the system is slow. This is no excuse to no social distancing. If the shop is full ensure that people a blocked from entering the shop. We might be on level 1, but that does not mean that Covid 19 is on level 1.

    Getting worse and worse by the day. Ordered for collection, they called to say the order was ready, the app said it was ready and I go to collect and the order had not been processed or packed. No one apologizes for any inconvenience, no one is friendly, everyone seems like they are overworked. This is one of the few businesses that I'm sure are doing well in these hard times, so are they just being arrogant about it and not employing more staff to handle the capacity? Update: 30.11.2021 After complaining to the store manager i was skeptical that anything would change, but it since has gotten a lot better and I'm very impressed. Thank you

    On the 14th March 2022, I visited the pharmacy. The male pharmacist at self-medication counter didn't give me enough time to explain what my problem was, before I could even finish talking he left to get the capsules. Which are not even helping me and they were so expensive. 😡😡
