Nice decor inside and very clean. Definitely on the pricier side but worth it. I had the passion fruit cocktail and it was refreshing and strong. The bang bang shrimp was sweet and tasty. I tried both the paella and red snapper and both were excellent but the paella was exploding with flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive. If you are the mood for delicious food this is the spot.

I found your next date night spot and it’s in Downtown Duluth!! Thank you so much @lon_duluth and @undeniablydowntownduluth for treating us! @lon_duluth features a unique menu with a wide variety for anyone to enjoy. We started our meal with two incredible appetizers, the Goat Cheese Croquette and the PEI Mussels. ((Hey Vanderpump fans I bet this is even better than the Sur Goat Cheese Balls)) Alongside our appetizers, I had the Hey Gorgeous cocktail and Zach got an Old Fashioned. Both were fantastic!! Then for our meal, we got the Mushroom Swiss Smashburger and the Steak Frites. We finished the night off with a Creme Brûlée and Berry Superstitious. Everything was so delicious and the service was fantastic! I absolutely loved all the natural lighting they had and the garage doors to the patio really created a vibe. I can’t wait to go back 🤤

I decided to visit this restaurant due to positive reviews and while the food and atmosphere was great, the service towards the end was not. We were told we had to leave for a 7pm reservation. Perhaps we were sitting at the table for too long (got there at 2:40pm) and left at 6:40pm. We tipped our waitress Sydney very well, so I am not sure why another waitress had to address us about leaving. I did call the restaurant after calming down to express my concerns to Eric. I do not know if maybe our waitress felt that it was time for us to go and had someone else tell us, but it was weird especially since we paid for our meal (tipped well), and there were empty tables. All in all, if you come here expect a nice meal. As far as the service, not sure.

My wife and I had a memorable date night at Local on North. From our kind and attentive server, Maria, to the Made Right Onion Soup (it’s a flavor bomb!) and to the melt in your mouth bread pudding at the end it was quite a filling and delicious meal. The burgers are worth their price and again that soup, I want it every day! Thanks to everyone at Local on North!

The goat cheese appetizer was really good. Steak frites came with truffle fries which was good, but they cooked the steak medium instead of medium rare. The RKO burger was huge and tasty. Bread pudding was 10/10. Main things I didn’t like was they didn’t honor our patio reservation, and the inside of the restaurant is very loud since it’s a smaller area.

I love when a restaurant goes far away with cocktails and drinks, and these two cocktails blown my mind. Atmosphere is great, menu is short but food was very good. They make and small mistake with a plate and manager came to take care of us very kindly. Service was good in every moment. The place is beautiful and perfect to come with friends and get some drinks.

Really great food and great atmosphere. I had the 007 Smashburger, and it was first rate! I had soup as my side, and it wasn't my favorite. I think fries would have been better. Still excellent. 5 stars.

Came in for Brunch and was really blown away. My wife had the salmon eggs Benedict which she loved (eggs were absolutely perfect, as was the hollandaise) with a side of mini waffles that were very good! If you like sweet for breakfast, it’s a great option and is served with a strawberry type of syrup that is really fresh and different then what you normally get. I had the short rib hash-literally melts in your mouth, possibly the best short rib I’ve ever had. Cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. It was one of those dishes that was so good you struggle to order anything else when you come back. Portions were awesome, which is rare, felt like I had a portion which was equal to what I paid, which seems to be rare in 2023. Cynthia was super nice and gave us really good recommendations. Overall this was a great experience, definitely our new go-to spot for brunch in Downtown Duluth!

Small town feel, warm southern hospitality like old friends, fun atmosphere and incredible food! Best Paela in my life, they even improvised with trout when they ran out of Red Snapper. Must go!

Arrived for our 530 reservation on a Friday night to get an early dinner before a show we were going to at Gas South Arena and were greeted warmly. The restaurant was smaller than expected and not full at all since we were on the earlier side of dinner rush, but when you don’t see a lot of people you start to wonder why. I didn’t need to worry though because the food was absolutely fantastic. My husband was parking the car so my daughter and I were seated and while we waited the server brought me out a glass of water immediately which was very nice, but she didn’t bring anything for my daughter- not a huge deal but just felt odd. Still she was very friendly and helped me choose an amazing entree. It wasn’t very busy as mentioned, so I think she was the only server. I think there was also only one person in the kitchen so it did feel like service was a bit slow, but thankfully we had allotted ourselves 2 hours before our show and had the time. When we placed our order we ordered everything at once, which we generally do, so I was a little surprised when our app was served alongside our dinner as usually we don’t have to clarify we’d like the app first. Again not a huge deal and we enjoyed everything together. We ordered the Goat Cheese Croquettes, the Shrimp Penne Diavolo, and the Pork Chop. My daughter got a kids cheeseburger with fries. Goat cheese was delicious, we got 2 pieces of bread with it and I would’ve liked a couple more, but I was enjoying my Shrimp Penne Diavolo so much that also came with bread that I didn’t worry about it. The sauce on the pasta was soooo tasty. Creamy, rich, flavorful and just enough kick. I brought home leftovers and just ate them for breakfast this morning bc I couldn’t stop thinking about it! My husbands pork chop had this fabulous peach chipotle sauce that really compliments the pork so well. I was impressed. His sides of brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes were also so yummy. I will say his pork chop looked a tad overdone and dry, but he still enjoyed it very much as did I for the couple bites I took. My daughters cheeseburger also looked good and not overdone. I didn’t try it because there were too many other good things to eat. They had a nice menu of standard and craft cocktails. I got the Ginger Lady. It was pretty good, but I’d like to try some of their other cocktails another time. Overall I’m very happy with the food for the prices we paid. I definitely recommend this place and will be back. I’d love to try some other menu items but I’m not sure I’ll be able to resist ordering the Shrimp Penne Diavolo!

Great place for lunch The server made sure we were comfortable and checked on us often. We sat in the patio area. We had the paella and sweet thang salad with salmon.

Onion soup was good. Solid salad. Shrimp tacos were really good. Soup bowl size was slightly smaller than expected, and maybe melted cheese on top might make it more flavorful. Service was spectacular. Alan was super accommodating to gluten free diet and when we mentioned we had an appointment, the food was out in 5 mins. Will be back to try other items on the menu!
