Where should I start… I went there because I’ve received good service not for my car, but for a family member a year ago. I was under the impression I’ll receive the same for my car, I was completely wrong. I had gotten some brakes and rotors from this other place and it was an issue. Not the issue this business gave me but something that wasn’t really bad. I talked to them about it and they stated they gave you some cheap brakes and rotors that’s why, we give our customers the best hardware. They put on new brakes and rotors for my rear it was fine, but when they put new brakes and rotors on my front horrible. I started to have an “rubbing sound” when I would come to a stop from pushing my brake pedal to stop my car. I called they stated they was booked can I come in tomorrow, I did. Me and the GM went on a test run and he heard the noise, he stated he’ll have his mechanic look at it. He did and his mechanic stated he didn’t hear any noise and everything looks fine, how didn’t you hear anything but your boss did? FYI you can’t hear anything wrong with your brakes if it’s cold. The GM stated if I hear it again bring it back, I did and I told him. The next day his master mechanic had test driven it and heard the noise, he stated I need more expensive brakes and rotors to stop the noise. He also said it’s not a safety issue, but I drive for Uber and Lyft and can get reported on the issue which can lead to deactivation. I felt the Entire time the master mechanic was giving my an attitude. Mind you I hadn’t made any money for 3 days because of this issue, but I didn’t have an attitude. They redid everything and the master mechanic said take it easy for a few days. Here I am now and it’s still the same. I don’t recommend anyone getting front brakes or rotors from here until they get better people that actually know what they’re doing. I will not return for services, thank you for wasting my time and allowing me to lose money

We scheduled to drip off 1 of our cars at 11 am Sunday and when we drive to the location 2709 Buford the doors are locked and nobody is there. Call the number and someone puts me on hold for over 10 min. Needless to say I drove away. Very unsatisfied. What if I had dropped it off yesterday and nobody would be here working on it today and we need the car to go to work Monday.

Sean and company were very receptive and helpful. Got my van in and out same day. This was similar to the treatment I have gotten before at this location. Definitely recommend.

After purchasing four new Pirelli tires from here, I experienced severe vibration and handling issues with the vehicle. I took the car to the dealership, Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast to assess the problem. Upon examination, they concluded that I was sold defective tires that had to be replaced. All four tires were out of round and testing indicated more than 100lbs of road force. They noted the tires could not be properly balanced because they were defective and should be replaced to avoid further damage to the vehicle. It has been nearly 3 months since I raised the issue with Tires Plus and they have not taken any accountability. Each call with the store simply results in an empty promise to look into it. A large part of the problem is the store is terribly understaffed and the employees do not have adequate time for customer service. The management does not appear to provide their employees with sufficient resources to really provide customer service. Explains the poor BBB rating. Meanwhile my car continues to have safety issues.

Ordered my tire for me but decided to purchase a used one for a fraction of the price. I paid $85 for the same used tire I would have payed $260 for. The only time I would recommend buying new tires is when you are replacing a complete set of 4 other than that by used to get by. Times is hard.

I have used this Tires Plus location for years, and I’ve always had fabulous service. But this time, the service was extra wonderful!! I was in a bind, with a tire going flat, and they had zero availability. They are so popular that they stay full much of the time. But the owner himself said he would do everything in his power to get my tire fixed so I could go out of town tomorrow. They literally finished it 10 minutes before they were closing, and I cannot believe they were so awesome! They really went out of their way to take care of me. I was already a loyal customer but they just showed me why, yet again 😊😊😊

Thank you to the two young gentlemen who didn’t hesitate to stay a little past close to get the job done! I feel like I didn’t thank them enough since I was rushing out but I do appreciate it and will def recommend and be back.

Absolute best tire place to go to. They are wonderfully honest and are willing to help. I had a nail in my tire. He was not sure if they would be able to plug it or not. They ended up being able to plug it and did not even charge me do not go anywhere else except here.
