I purchased a microblading service with the company. After finishing the procedure, I immediately mentioned to the technician Esther that my eyebrows were not level. One is higher than the other. She told me that the color will be lighter and it will look better after a few weeks. She can make adjustments after 4weeks and suggested I pay for the touchup between 4-6weeks. I left. After 4 weeks, not only the color didn't get lighter as the technician told me and it gets itchier. I got worried and went to a dermatologist and she prescribed Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream for the infection. I also consulted one brows salon and one cosmetic surgent's office. Both offices told me that it was not the result of a microblading and she totally didn't do it correctly, they didn't choose the right color according to my skin tone, and there aren't any touch-ups any technician can do to adjust it. The only solution is to erase it by laser removal and re-do it. It will take many laser removal procedures to remove it. It will cost my hundreds even thousands of dollars. At this point, I can't trust this company to do any more works on me. The picture shows clearly that two brows are in different shape and different heights. I contacted Brows Beauty and Wellness and asked for a full refund and the cost of the laser removal. They refused. Please don't believe all these 5star reviews.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I had an awful experience here and wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else. I went to get microblading/ shading as well as eyelash extensions about 3 weeks ago the technicians name was Esther. When I came in we talked about what I wanted and I showed her reference pictures of what I wanted/ how I do my makeup normally and she claimed she could provide the service I was asking for. First she started with my eyelashes and when she went to show me they were huge and nothing like the pictures I showed her or what we talked about. I asked her to remove the eyelashes and agreed to still pay for them even though I wouldn’t be leaving with them. Immediately after I asked her to remove them she was very rude and continuously throughout the rest of the service reminded me I was wasting her time and she had other things to do after my appointment. Once we got to my eyebrows the end result was nothing like what I had asked for either I politely paid and left and waited weeks for them to heal before leaving a review or fixing them, to this day they look awful and not symmetrical after healing. The part I was most uncomfortable with is the fact she was touching her phone texting/ calling people while doing my eyelashes and microblading without washing her hands or changing gloves I’m just thankful I didn’t get an infection from that but what a waste of over $500

The owner Is the best . I had no clue how I wanted my eyebrows to look like . She guided me through my choices and did measurements of how my eyebrows will look before doing them so I can have a say in the decision. I'm so glad I went with her . Before I picked her, I called around so many places and most of them were just generic in giving information. Esther took the time to ask me all the questions I needed. Had me send her a pic of my eyebrows before . She was excellent all the way . If your looking for someone who pays attention and trust to do a good job. This is the place to go . She's very sweet, very personable and makes sure your not in pain when she's micro braiding . ( this is huge) I have had horror stories where my friends have talked about how their experience in other places were so painful . With Esther, it's the opposite. No pain . Thank you Esther and the team for taking good care of me . My eyebrows look fabulous

Customer Service at its BEST! Esther is by far the best in the business. She is beyond skilled at what she does but humble, kind and goes above and beyond. She pays attention to every detail, monitors your comfort level and ensures that your brows are to your liking. She is hyper focused on a sanitary environment and makes sure it is clean. She takes time to go over the post care and is very responsive. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a stellar experience and beautiful brows. You won't be disappointed.

Came here to get my eyebrows done for my birthday, I will say Esther did a great job on them. This was my first getting micro blading and she carefully explain the process and aftercare. You can tell she’s passionate about her craft. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop itself is pretty! The reason I’m giving this a 4-star rating is because she was late which meant our appointment time pushed back a little.

They are very professional and super friendly at the same time. She's been in the skin care business for years and her knowledge speaks for itself. I liked that she listened to my concerns and proposed a treatment which she first tested on a small area to see any reactions before applying to the rest of the area. After care instructions are super clear and she likes to follow up and see how the post treatment is going. You'll be in good hands- 100% recommended!

I got Microblading done with Esther, and oh my goodness I absolutely LOVE the way they turned out! On top of that she has a Chemistry degree, which made me feel so much incredibly better about who to trust my body with. Ultimately so many folks who have license don't have a background like that, and the fact she has worked for some of the biggest household names and knows quality control and chemistry so well, made me feel extra trusted in her hands knowing she knew the importance of cleanliness and good detail. In addition, I was very particular in how I wanted my brows done- as I wanted them to look natural and be over my own brow, essentially just looking like I shaded in my eyebrows with makeup. She did SUCH a fantastic job. It took a few days to be able to tell as it was very dark at first, and the shape looked different than I wanted I thought, but after healing it looks EXACTLY how I wanted it to look. Absolute perfection! She listened, she took her time, and she went above and beyond for me knowing I would not be able to come back in for the touch up after my move. The attention to detail, true care and support throughout, and just who she is as a person and her wellness energy made me feel so at ease. Felt like a day at the spa. Highly recommend her!

Esther is just a gem!!! She nailed the shape & color of my eyebrows and they looked SO natural. I especially appreciated that she was able to “even-out” the symmetry, because one of my brows was higher than the other..that's definitely the best money I've spent on myself this year
