This Applebee's was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. The place is dirty, with chips on the floor and sticky tables. The server only gave half of us water, and the service was awful. We never got the item we ordered, and they charged us for a beer we didn't order. The people at the bar were screaming, and the food was only okay. The steak was so chewy, I would never come back here.

Service was great. Our server Brianna was exceptional. Very attentive and friendly. I might just have found my favorite spot for baby back ribs. The meat was so tender and the seasoning was just enough. The meat was juicy and not dry like so many other places I've been to. I haven't been back here for a long time and was very happy very everything.

Took 20 mins to take our order, the food was undercooked and the food was just thrown on the plate with the presentation of a 2x4 wrapped in newspaper, tables dirty, menus dirty. This makes wafflehouse look like stoney river. I wouldnt recommend this place to putin.

We arrived on a Friday evening around 8. It wasn't too crowded and it didn't take too long for our party of 5 to be seated. They only had one area to seat us which was off to the side near where people are in and out picking up orders. The plus side is we were the only ones over there so we didn't have to worry about being too close to other people. The downside is it was very dark and secluded and it felt like they forgot about us a few times. The food took a while to arrive but was hot and delicious once it did.

Terrible customer service. I had the displeasure of speaking with Heidi. She quickly and rudely informed me they were out of something and when I asked her to repeat what she said for clarification, she said "well if you were LISTENING..." and then walked off talking about me to the kitchen. Someone needs to teach her some manners on how to talk to people. I'm hard of hearing from the military, I don't need an old lady who hates her job to talk to me the way she did.

Would have easily given 5 star but I feel I need to address the Waitress "Jasmin H'. Very lovely girl with good service BUT she NEEDS to SMILE!!! She comes off as if she didn't want to be there. Sweet girl but has this eerie look that has no service expression at all.....very scary! I believe that she knows her Job very well but you cannot work in a service environment with that Stoic look. .....SMILE and be enthusiastic! I have been in Hospitality Senior management both locally and internationally so I have a deft understanding of Customer Service. She is young and might not know much so pls train her in better Physical Communication with Customers. Her facial Communication dampened our experience a bit, though we enjoyed the evening. Thank you!

My friends and I were waiting for over 15 minutes to dine in and nobody greeted us or acknowledge us. The servers and bar tender just looked at us and walked away chatting with other servers. When we were able to get someone’s attention about seating they told us to wait for the hostess who never arrived. We decided to come to the Lawrenceville location and was seated and greeted upon arrival.

I literally just threw both dinners in the garbage. Everything was bland and tasteless. The salad dressing tasted like water. My husband's stomach immediately started acting. I'll never waste my money here ever again. The pasta was trash! I wasted $42 in this restaurant.

My friends and I were trying to dine in but no one even acknowledged us for 15 minutes. We ended up driving to the lawrenceville location and we got greeted and sat immediately. I understand the restaurant was busy but at least acknowledge us and let us know the wait time.

Long wait to be seated, but made worse because employees would just walk past without any of them saying well be right with you or any thing of that nature. As if we weren't standing there, so I walked to the bar and ask do we wait to be seated. She said yes, I go back and wait longer for seat. Maybe it's because we're from Michigan and restaurants generally greet you instead of making you feel like your bothering them or an inconvenience. After seated we were pleased with everything after that, very good meals, good price.

Went here for Veterans day, yearly Applebee's always offer free meal for us vets and we always go. Food is good. We waited unusually long for our food, but that is understandable. They are busy because everyone came for the free food. When we call our server, she said to my mom "it's free food, mam!". Saying that to a vet is very degrading, my mom didn't say much and we ate quitely after. Thank you for your service.

Services is not good, but I like come to here drink beer and get some snacks. Appetizer is very good.

Will was great! Very personable, easy going and made us feel so comfortable. Made suggestions on drinks and food. Even the bartender came over to ensure she was giving just what Will recommended and that made us feel so good and appreciated. We will definitely go back and we will be requesting to sit in Will’s area!

Chad the waiter was outstanding. I was from out of town and he was one of the best servers/waiters I've had in a long time....constantly kept checking to see if I needed anything. Drinks stayed full but more importantly had a great attitude and was a hard worker. He needs a raise. Food was really good. Only down thing was the host had a dry attitude But was not rude. Great work from the front to the back.

I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with this restaurant. It smelled like a dirty mop when you 1st entered, and the smell permeated the whole place. We were there for a birthday party, so we were escorted to the private room in the back. The floor was sticky and littered with trash. There were extra chairs and high chairs being stored next to our table, and the high chairs hadn't been cleaned. There was old food stuck on them from what looked liked weeks before. The table wasn't wiped clean. There was dust and old food stuck to it. We had to ASK for someone to come in and wipe the table and sweep the floor. Even so, they only swept a corner of the room and the table still looked dirty. The only highlight was the drinks were big and the waiter was very personable and helpful.

Our server was awesome!! Jasmine deserves a raise . I had given up on our local Applebee's on Duluth hwy because evertime we went there it's always an issue, most of the time they stop us at the door saying we have no cooks or server's and this was before labor shortage. 3 times we went there ,they wouldn't serve only the white customers we waited 45 minutes to have our order taken , they never came just looked our way and kept walking. They had 4 tables of white families none had been served so we left and never came back. I love Applebee's its my favorite place ever so this is disappointing. Finally we decided this location might be better and boy were we right! We were sat right away, server came right over took our order, food was quick and correct, server's was so nice and accommodating, and we never had to ask for anything because they had already noticed and got whatever we needed. So happy to be able to eat at my favorite place again. And so affordable.

This is a five star place. Service is great, the waitress is super nice and the food is fantastic. We got steak, salmon, and french onion soup and all of these were superior.

Well they gave us plastic silverware after we actually asked for silverware when our food came out and we didn’t have how to eat it. They just came back with it and didn’t say a word on why we were having plastic silverware while the tables around had actual silverware. It also seemed like the place was short on stuff. We asked for a soup instead of fries with the impossible burger and never brought the burger came up with fries and never brought the soup and When the check came in, they did charge the soup on the ticket

Food is absolutely awful but the server that helped me fix my wrong Togo order is an asset to this company. Cold, wrong and rubbery food. Three stars for the lovely lady that helped me when no one else would acknowledge me, she didn't fix the food but she treated me very professionally and I might come back if I can sit in her section.

Restaurant was not busy for dinner. Sat pretty quickly. Service was poor. Server was absent most of our time at Applebees. Food was not good. Have not been to an Applebees in several years…. I’ll wait for another several to go back.

Good service. Darius, our waiter, was very kind and attentive. They were out of certain things, but he made sure to offer alternatives, which was super nice so we weren't too upset about them not having what we originally wanted. The food was good and we enjoyed dining here.

Our Server was very pleasant and nice. Food presentation was not so good. My plate had BBQ sauce all on the side. They didn't have chips so we didn't get the spinach dip. Which was very disappointing and the Chicken was Super Dry!

Loved the food. I don't get Applebee's much anymore since the closest one to my home is 28 miles away....so usually I get it when I travel. I ordered online for a take out order, easy process. The food was exactly as I ordered and was ready in a timely manner. I got my usual, the Four Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders and it was DELICIOUS. Its not always the best quality at every location, but this was exactly what I expected, if not more. I wish I had some right now! My husband got a full rack of rib and fries, and he devoured that as well. If we're ever back in the area....we will definitely be back!

Despite their prices, food is okay ish. I wouldn't suggest or recommend this place if you are looking for good taste, but the vibe of the restaurant is good.
