I ordered a salad and a mashed potato. I really like these two, but when I got home and opened it, there were only two mashed potatoes... I‘m really speechless. And the service is really bad, as if I owe you millions without any expression.

busy branch at JB sentral, crowded most of the time. staff making the best of what they can to provide good service in view of crowd. tables can be easily arrangment to accomodate different group size. food per their usual standard to cater for craving, washing point available.

Have a late meal returning from JB to Singapore. A convenient place to catch a bite.

Ordered 15, got 1 drum, 1 thigh and 13 breasts. Their chickens should have breasts more than one each. They should change their name to Kentucky Fried Breasts. Taste was bland to say the least. I would never recommend anyone unless you'd like to enjoy plain breasts.

Everything is cold, chicken tender but cold, fries cold and hard, pie is cold, uncarbonated room temperature coke with no ice, better walk further to city square and enjoy proper KFC

No ice ,no sugar, dirty..surprising KFC really want to market their brand at the edge of where they receive foreign visitors..such a disgrace..

Had a good experience eating here twice this month. 1st I got promo on dinner plate for around 16 on non peak hour. Also the staff is friendly and ensure you got your order even though you are sitting. Despite busy, I would say they are doing pretty well & attentive to customer.

1. Ordered new zinger moutau burger, and NO zinger fillet in it! 2. Waited too long for the food, and many staffs there seen talking and laughing. Many queues after mine already gotten the food! What a joke!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with KFC. I didn’t get the proper meals I ordered, and it’s completely unacceptable. How hard is it to ensure customers get what they pay for? This level of carelessness is outrageous, and it shows a complete lack of respect for your customers. Fix your service immediately—this is beyond frustrating Such a stupid service and I’m beyond frustrated with specifically ordered cheesy wedges, but they came with no cheese at all! How does this even happen? This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to detail. If I’m paying for something, I expect it to be made properly. Get your quality control in order!” i’m not happy with this 😡 This is absolutely unacceptable! I ordered a rice meal with coleslaw, and you idiots gave me whipped potato instead. very rude staff! missed out my order and waited for 30min asked two of the workers up front yet they rudely ignored my requests. went thr on 28mar at arnd 3.30pm. should hv proper training on customer service

I had a great experience here! The food was fresh, hot, and crispy—just how KFC should be. I ordered their snack plate, and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was correct. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, excellent service and quality food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Waited for a order for more than 30 minutes, requested different part of chicken and gave us the different one, which we never even eat well. Not worth for the price, and i already inform the moment i order. They gave order to the person who was behind my queue and attend to me very late, lost my ticket. And not the order i request for. Not the first time at all.
