If you WANT to be a household famous burger outlet throughout Malaysia then For God sake , fix your quality control and the attitude of staffs in detail to shoe string fries for customers...Mine was served cold ,withered and darkened with many brown and black spots. It was tiny small.... WOULD NOT COME BACK AGAIN . Will definitely wait in line for MC D instead

Queue a for order machine. Trying to use the order machine to order, not as friendly thou, have to pay at counter if pay by cash. The service crew is not as nice & helpful... Lucky the chicken is good but the burger is no good .. better than have foods at the mama food court thou...

The manager was very helpful. Help me with recommendations while I order at the kiosk. Clean our table. Lots of wise advice. Especially she told an old uncle. Be Happy!

Mind-blowing food so hot and tasty . 100tiems better than. MCD . The burgers are so soft and tasty with amazing sauce. The nuggets melt in the mouth super soft and and the potato chicken bowl is amazing. Those visiting don't forget to drop in Larkin outlet

the customer service is really bad because what do you mean that my mom comes first before the other customers and made their orders first. and that's not all of it, she asked to remove the chicken breast BUT they still gave chicken breast and WORST of all, the ratio of chicken breast and others chicken part was unbelievable.When my mom asked them, they argued back by convincing my mother to pay for it.

Inner organ of the chicken rib is not removed. ( heart of the chicken is served together with the ribs). And the chicken tastes bitter. Disgusting. As checked further, the chicken is still RAW!!! Yes. U hear me right. Raw chicken is served. Cant imagine this would happen to so called one of the largest malaysian fast food restaurant... Disappointing. Will never visit MB again.

I came at 4.30pm on Thursday. Wanted to order using the kiosk machine. To my surprise. All burgers sold out. Even more ridiculous. Combo meal with 2 piece chicken is not available. BUT 3 piece chicken is available. What's the logic? In the end, no choice have to order the 2 piece epik chicken meal at RM17.50 with only mash potato as side. Skipped and didn't even call my number and I have to check with the staff myself only to know my order was actually placed at the counter for some time.

Staff Sofea was very helpful and friendly. I was rushing and ordered mushroom soup only, she understood my urgency and prepared my soup instantly. Although busy and tired during Ramadan, she was humbly enough to accept my request. Ms Sofea should be awarded with a crown.

baran aku dapat order camni. order on 🐼 platform and the fries for all the combo are missing and one of the drink are wrong. what is wrong with your service? doesn't even have hotline to call. will never repeat again. please improve your service. dissapointing.
