I advise everyone to double check your orders if doing takeaway at this branch. I ordered the spicy beef burger special with small fries, but when I got home, I realized the fries were missing, and the burger didn't even have the egg it was supposed to come with!!!!! Very disappointing and frustrating

First service is very bad if you angry with other person don't do it with me,, Second the food so salty,,this food make by human or animal??? I well not came here anymore...

Ordered breakfast through grab Ordered 3 set of big breakfast and 2 sets of hot cakes. I paod 105rm and received food worth 73rm. Either the person packing the food has some eye sight or reading issues or the person can't simply be bothered to pack and send the correct item.

If you have time to spend, you can dine here. Submit Order at 7:38pm, two set of meal. waited 40 mins. Not recommend at all. please go other place. Interval go ask, shop manager just reply wait 5 more mins, this is unacceptable, imagine the restaurant has no crowd yet you need to wait almost an hour for your 2 set of meal. 🙂 Good environment, but wasted. Terrible.

Slow serving. This is a Slow Food Restaurant? Chili sauce sold out at 12pm??? Take tomato sauce… take it or leave it. Anyhow cramp my burger like salary under paid worker. Crazy

I ordered a Coke, but I didn't know they released a new transparent version. I ordered nuggets—where's my sweet and sour sauce?! Pls check properly before hand in to the delivery man!

Ordered my order for Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng Takeaway via Grab and food was served warm and tasty. The portion was good as well, chicken was crispy and well done. Only gripe was I was made to wait 30 mins more than was recorded on the grab app and there ended up being more delays than usual. But this could have been a grab issue rather than the outlet itself. Will visit in store next time instead PS there were no utensils provided

Service was a bit slow; guess it’s because I went on a Public Holiday. My order was nearly ready but had to rush them a bit cos the staff left the food on the counter for a while, & the orders were piling up. Opted for takeaway due to the very same reason - slow service. The dessert was a surprise - if I knew they had a collab with Secret Recipe I’d gone for the cheesecake yah 😋

I recently visited a McDonald’s in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and decided to try their “Big Breakfast Meal.” The menu suggested a hearty breakfast, so I expected a substantial meal. However, I was disappointed to find that the so-called “Big Breakfast Meal” was essentially just a regular sausage burger meal with its components—buns, sausage, and eggs—served separately. The meal felt like a letdown, especially given the higher price compared to a regular burger. The portion size was the same as the standard burger meal, but the presentation and value didn’t meet my expectations. It felt overpriced and somewhat misleading. Overall, the “Big Breakfast Meal” didn’t deliver on its promise and left me feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for. I hope McDonald’s will address these issues to ensure better value and transparency for future customers.

5 stars because MY always launch their prosperity burger a month before SG. SEDAP!!!!
