My order was mssing 1 pizza and the driver saying is not his problem !I try to contact with the shop but is impossible.

I ordered Domino’s Fabulous Four via Grab, and it was just ordinary. The taste was nothing special, making it a decent but unremarkable choice.

Park your car safely, then order your food (dine-in, take away or phone- in delivery). Enjoy your wait while looking at your phone or just the traffic outside. The food is great - fresh from the oven.

I have visited about 5 different Domino's Pizza restaurants in JB. The pizza is not as delicious as other Domino's Pizza restaurant in JB. This Domino's pizza is the worst so far. Staff eating while working. Staff shouting and talking very loudly in the restaurant. Customer service is almost zero. E.g. Doesn't greet the customer at all even when you walk in front of the staff at the counter to order. Staff just stares at you unwelcomely.

Worst Domino's experience and pizzas I've ever had... order came with one pizza completely burnt and non eatable at all... Unfortunately we had to leave the next day otherwise I would have went to their store to return it... Looking at other reviews it seems they wouldn't even care... So moving on from this terrible experience where I learned at least regardless if it is a franchise to check upon the review where we gonna order the food from as sadly not even Domino's are the same... and this one is probably ONE OF THE ABSOLUTE WORST 😤

Poor packaging. The sauce leaked and box was not properly sealed. Risk of contamination. Poor food quality. Long waiting time If I have a choice, I won’t order from this outlet again

Totally Disappointed! Submitted my order 07:35pm by Grab haven’t received till 09:00pm then try contact dominos can’t reach! Auto Call End! It shows delivered! But no then get a call around 09:31pm says he looking for my address! Then finally get it but the food is very cold! What the hell service! Headache

Makanan sampai tak full set, rider cakap will hantar nanti but tak sampai sampai lagi. won't order from this restaurant anymore.

I have Oder delivery dominoes pizza from this branch. In good panda it show restaurant still open I also place Oder at 10.51pm on 22/11/24. I wait till now 1.06am 23/11/24 and it’s still show preparing. Now what. I even can’t call to the restaurant. I oder RM80 you know

order thru grab order ID GF-880 Domino's TAMAN MELODIES and waited for 1.5 hours my order was not delivered, and I have been unable to reach your customer service team (UNCONTACTABLE) for assistance. I attempted to contact the store multiple times, but I was either met with no response or was unable to get through.

order at food panda cant tracking i can understand this,but giving a phone number that is not in service for what? order at 8.45pm and the pizza was arrived at 10.10pm and the pizza was totally cold!!!dun know it was shop problem or the rider problem,so so dissapoint with it

I have not received my food order totaling over 90 MYR. Grab indicated that it would arrive between 8:40 and 8:50, but it hasn’t been delivered. I demand a refund immediately! Otherwise, I will escalate this to headquarters, report to the authorities, and hold the responsible parties accountable. This is fraudulent behavior!

Please don’t mark the pizza as ‘delivered’ on the system before it actually arrives.Say important things three timesX3.It’s a waste of money and food. The order I placed on Grab around 9PM yesterday for Domino’s pizza was marked as ‘delivered’ in the system, but the food wasn’t actually delivered at that time. The delivery person also didn’t inform me that the food had arrived, so the pizza was left outside from last night until I found it on the delivery table this morning before I went out. Additionally, the Grab system didn’t show the delivery person’s details, so I couldn’t contact them either. Clearly, I’m not the only one facing this issue. Lastly, please address the problems on the delivery platform. We don’t want to keep giving bad reviews. Address the issue promptly; if you keep ignoring it, the problem will just keep recurring ♻️. Otherwise, consider closing Grab and Foodpanda and using your own delivery service instead. Please resolve the delivery platform’s system issue as soon as possible.

Please dont confirm the order if u cant do it.. i wait for hours long.. even contact the customer service try to reach out, but no response.. u ignore all the calls.. stupid and annoying service really.. please dont buy on these shop if they do not improve.. worthless ur time and money.. dont use personal rider if u can only have a BS one.. stupidity and ignorance gonna bring ur company down.. lets go viral this case.. so many cases yet no feedback. Only automated response.

i ordered at 7pm, posted as delivered around 8pm+ but reached me at 10pm+ after i called the store >10 times to only answered mine after the 6th attempt. not recommended.
