I had a very bad experience for my McDonalds order placed in Larkin, Johor. It was a takeaway order. The order number was number 161 on 1 August 24 at 15:47:40. My order consisted of 2 Grilled Chicken Burgers, 2 Fillet O Fish McValue Meals, and 9 pieces of Chicken McNuggets.  The McDonalds located in Larkin Johor had actually packed 2 Grilled Chicken Burgers (GCB) that were badly burnt. I did not expect McDonald to pack charred food to customers. The buns of the GCB were clearly black in colour. The chicken fillets of the GCB were also burnt. The 2 Fillet O Fish sets were  also unacceptable. The fish fillets were very SMELLY, dark brown, and oily. The chicken nuggets were very cold and had become soggy. I made a complaint to Grab food on 1 August requesting for a follow up from McDonalds regarding the burnt and smelly food on 1 August 24. However, I have not been contacted by McDonalds yet.

Brought breakfast 1+1 mix & match for RM6.50 (Sausage MCmuffin with egg + hash brown), but when eating the burger just found out that the egg in not included which shows in picture. Plus I been waiting for 15 minutes just for this fast food. Very disappointed.

1)The kiosk machine has no paper, hence I got no receipt/slip. So I took the photo of the kiosk display after I done my ordering. The kiosk shows no.94. after I waited quick long. I was told that they are preparing my order after I approach the counter. Actually, my no is 194. This make me confused. So, I took the slip from the staff (see photos) 2)I had ordered Spicy chicken deluxe. This is the burger that I got it. It seems like McdChicken. Yes. It is fried chicken, but the portion is like McdChicken size & no spicy taste at all. I felt I being cheated. Why I paid so much for this. Might as well order McdChicken. Understand it could be lack of manpower/long queue. But these cannot be the reason. You guys should organise properly to ensure maintain the food quality and customer satisfaction. Really is a terrible experience.

Very slow service and frequent problems, almost missed my bus because of this.

For the first time ever, I encountered extremely rude staff. I’ve been waiting for nearly an hour for my fries, yet my order still hasn’t arrived. I even asked the workers twice, but they ignored me and didn’t bother to respond, despite my polite inquiry. Attached are pictures of the workers.

The food is definitely off. The buns of the filet-o-fish is likely to be old, not fresh. I'm not expecting super fresh food from McDonald's but compared to all the other places, both of us immediately noticed the problem with the buns.

Superb disappointed, I have ordered 2 sets of Happy Meal on 18/7, by right will received 2 minion toys...But I received two other toys, not minion toys.. Hello, Mc Donald, are you kidding me? Simply put two other toys for me, I feel being cheated!!

Have my breakfast here, i order my breakfast at 10am but got it at 10.20am :) but who knows they told me 'have to wait for the fries' lol even now i'm alr finished up my porridge i still haven't got my fries yet

First time I heard from Mcdonalds staff say that no more chili sauce, only ketchup thats it! How rude is the staff behave, how is the manager manage the whole mcdonalds outlet until no more chili sauce. At the end i have to spend extra RM1 to buy the curry potato sauce for it. By the way their fries should be born in 1991, so soggy and hard to bite

If you don't offer table service, just be upfront and don't provide the table service numbers! I ordered my food at the kiosk and got a number to place on my table for food to be served to me. 25+ minutes later, I go back to the counter to see my meal has been sitting there for 10 minutes and is no longer hot. If you just clearly state 'we do not provide table service', I would've just waited at the counter. Furthermore, there are no staff going around cleaning the premises (at least not as often as they should). Staff remains in the kitchen area and are not tidying the restaurant, cleaning the bins, etc at a regular interval. Food, itself, was alright, but the staff should be better trained. Note to diners: Do not bother with ordering 'table service' just order and pickup at the counter.

One of the famous franchise fast food in one of the busiest bus station in southern Johor. The service is ok and the area is clean but the Aircon area is a bit too small and crowded. Thus ended up having meal upstairs and no air-conditioning. My Big Mac not sure why getting soaky with the sources whereas I don't experience in other outlets. Forgot to ask if other burgers that I order having the same issue... Maybe I was too hungry to flush them thru my throat.

clean and tidy outlet at one of the biggest bus interchange in region. staff coping well with hugh amount of transiting and often rushing customers. food meets chain standard and freshly prepared. Washing point within.
