Great and consistent pizzas, though the service isn't up to par but it's still acceptable considering the number of staff I'm seeing behind the counter. Overall no problem with the quality of food

Had pizza yesterday and was greeted by the most unfriendly staff member I have ever met. Food was ok but we had to wait 25 minutes to get served and we were the only ones in restaurant. Drink didn’t arrive until we prompt him to bring it.

actually this branch don't deserve even 1 star. me and my family wanted to have a chill night with good pizza but turns out we have to wait almost 1hr 20 mins just to get our order wrong & very stupid taste of spaghetti which i saw they just reheat inside microwave. our other order is ready but we still need to wait another 40 mins for 1 pizza that they forgot. arrived home, we get super burn-black-ugly garlic bread, a box of pizza with a lot of oil which i dont order, tasteless carbonara spaghetti. very disappointing, very poor, no teamwork. the cashier maybe have some problem but the other staff dont want to help. idk what is the kitchen problem to make such stupid pizza, bread & spaghetti. i really dont expect it to be this bad because the other branch of pizzahut still okay. better avoid this branch 🤡 not to forget, i saw a dine in customer complaint that they get expired chili sauce.

Went to this outlet on a Sunday(6/10). The food came 20-25 minutes after placing an order. There were only 2-3 tables of customers in the entire restaurant. One of the table was still not cleaned the entire time I was dining there (about 45mins). We ordered a combo set, only the pizza, cinnamon sticks and hash bites came. They missed out 2 soups and a dessert which I had to tell them to pack it before I left the place. It is completely ridiculous to have only 1 staff running the floor on a weekend. If you do not have enough staffs to run the business, close it down.

I went there with my kids just now, didn’t even order. The staff is extremely rude, no greetings no nothing, she then came to us after 4-5 mins and then said something in Malay, I just requested her that sorry I don’t speak Malay, OMG the attitude was so bad- even my kids noticed the irritated self of hers as if she is doing some favour on us by serving us. Left without ordering and told her to improve her attitude as she’s extremely rude.

I feel very disappointed about this pizzahut shop at toppen . first the environment so dirty no clean the table and bad service 。Then i eaten such a bad mushroom soup like water and no hot😞😞

Slow service. Waited 30 minutes and food and drinks were not served when the restaurant is pretty much empty. Have to ask for utensils after food were served. Soup served is cold. Do not recommend.

I was craving for pizza and spaghetti turns out spaghetti was too plain and physically like a soup. I'm very dissapointed with cust service also. So bad. I ask for dine in but they give in take away plastic without informing. Please improve

6pm come. Restaurant empty. Tell everybody (including the couple in front) the pizza need wait 1.5 hour. Poor owners paying for such nonsense

Just bought 6 large pizza from this outlet for a party today. Only to realise all pizzas are almost burn after opening them at the party. So embarrassing.

The stuffed crust pizza was delicious

When customer eating they are cleaning dust on top and the dust fly everywhere.

You guys are must try chocolate freeze in Pizza Hut toppen it’s very delicious 😋😋

The staff is so rude. 😅😅
