Excellent! Love the breakfast!, pool and hot tub nice. Very clean. Friendly staff. Mr. always remember my name when ever I asked for help or was around. Would definitely recommend. FYI I could not use the pool because to steps to go in. Just a thin metal thing on side. If you are handicap, elderly or a young child. Getting out would be hard cause water makes you even heavier and you would need upper body strength to get out. Which I lack. I hope it been fixed since than.

This is my final time staying at this janky hotel . I've stayed here quite a bit but my last 3 stays have been quite unpleasant. I've had someone loudly bang on my door at 8am the morning of check out . It scared me so bad to the point that I panicked. I complained to the employees two times about this happening during my stay and their excuse was that it was children playing pranks ( seriously ?) I also felt like I am purposely given a horrible room because of my race . Because the room I'm always assigned is the same room number and it has a horrible stench in it along with dirty sheets .I've been assigned the same horrible room ( room 200) 3 times . My last stay here was the cherry on top for me though . Not only was there someone's dirty clothes left in the room I was assigned ( see pic ) but I couldn't access the streaming platforms or the tv . I spoke with the hotel manager and he blankly told me I can leave and get my money back instead of accommodating me . I feel like this hotel is not worth the price and should be closed for severe renovations, and a new manager as well.

Not very good. We had an exec suite. The bed was small and not the usual Marriott comfortable bed. Did not sleep well. It is also very close to the window AC so noise was an issue. Then...there was a stuffy maybe musty smell covered over with cleaning chemicals. I doubt the room had been used in a while. It stunk. The bathroom was miniscule. You had to straddle the toilet to close the door. They put a blue, nasty chemical in the toilet tank I guess to keep it clean. However, on the first flush, the chain comes lose from the handle and I had to reach into the tank with the chemicals to retrieve the chain and reattach it. My fingers were dyed blue! My nails are still blue! Scrubbing hard for a long time did remove it. Ugh! If Marriott is listening, I want my points back and then some.

If you’re going to arrive late you may want to consider staying elsewhere. The parking lot is pretty small. They also won’t you use the app to check in. So on top of carrying all your luggage from the back of the building you get to wait and provide ALL the info that is already in the app. Rooms and people were nice. The experience of arriving is a major pain.

Very nice staff. My room is pretty standard. Two queen beds, a tv, a couple of liter bottles of water you can drink for five u.s. dollars, which I think is outrageous. How dare you call that am amenity? The grounds are well cared for. The water was hot enough for a shower, and the pressure was adequate on the first floor. Electrical Outlets are worn to the point of being unreliable (and unreliable electrical outlets are a fire hazard), my room had a mini fridge that was unplugged and a microwave that I had to unplug so I could plug in the fridge. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked, and the free breakfast had fresh fruit. Did I mention that the staff are really nice?

I was impressed with the service here and was left with a very positive experience. Hotels with bland or worse service and maybe clean facilities are common. At the Fairfield Inn I was greeted warmly and even saw my name on a screen due to status. Marriott status doesn't seem to mean much at most Marriott hotels I've visited but that was not the case here. I was even given an upgrade without asking. Everyone who worked here from the front desk the cleaners and food service for breakfast were courteous and friendly. The hotel is clearly cleaned and cared for. The room was wonderful with nice colors, maintained furniture and clean. I must say, the colors in the photo seem saturated compared to what you see for real and I prefer the real colors. The colors in the pics looked a bit tacky to me but worked so well in person. The hotel is close to many things including the mall and restaurants. We are so happy we stayed here and will come again if we are in the area. Thank you all!

We were delighted with a free upgrade to a suite (as a Marriott member :-) Staff members were kind. The place was quiet, not next to busy streets which we loved. Breakfast was good; loved the mini quiches! Also, the location near Outback Restaurant was really great. We ate there both nights and enjoyed good food, great service. I'm a frequent traveler and long-time google reviewer. Any other reviews about breakfast or $5 bottle of water in the room, just remember -- this is Marriott, not the Super 8.

The woman who works at the desk at night time is extremely nice and deserves a raise! The most friendly night shift worker I have ever interacted with. The hotel is clean and really nice especially for the low price.

The carpeting is very dirty. My 1 year old son's legs and feet were all black from crawling around. The last night we were there the room above us had kids jumping around until 1am... This is not the fault of the hotel, but still really annoying and I had to call the front desk to get them to stop. This is the kicker. The next morning when we were leaving my wife and I could hear the two women from house keeping complaining about their jobs right outside of our room. I mean, with our doors closed I could hear right in the middle of our room how much they hated their jobs, their pay and "what's management gonna do if I leave", "who da gonna get to take my rooms". This went on for over 40 minutes before I decided to call the front desk and tell them I shouldn't be able to hear this conversation. After someone talked to them, my wife I heard, "I wish I know who told on us, I'd beat their @#$%". Needless to say my wife and I, plus our family members will never stay here again. We had three rooms taken for our four day stay and we visit family in Joliet all the time. Nobody from our families will ever stay here again.

Food was left in the fridge from previous guest and it stunk. When we told the clerk she said, oh that happens some times. The light in the bathroom didn't work and they didn't have any other rooms so we had to use the desk lamp. The night manager was walking around in pajama bottoms. Worst experience at a Marriott ever! Don't stay there. Now I'm scared how clean were the rooms, did I just get exposed to COVID thanks to them. That's why we didn't fly and decided to drive. I hope the rest of the rooms on are trip aren't as bad.

Hotel was clean and staff was pleasant. Breakfast was continually being refilled and area was kept neat and tidy. Didn't use the pool but it also looked clean and well kept. Was very pleased we were able to get the bathroom we had requested, it made my husband's stay much more comfortable. Would stay here again.

Easy to check in from online reservation nice breakfast selection, even have some low carb and gluten free options. Website stated full American breakfast buffet. It is a buffet, but I would say it was a full American. A majority of the food available was pre-made bagels or croissants. Still really ejoied the food, and the service was great!

Right off the highway, less than an hour away from Chicago. Nothing fancy. I suggest getting an odd- numbered room, which gave the back of the hotel. The front of the hotel is where smokers gather and talk, and there was a group or there at 4am. They weren't rowdy, but you could hear them.

I’m a fan of Marriott and this is a nice location. However, the mattress and pillows are uncomfortable.

Yummy food. Service was slow, but good. They were VERY busy, so not complaint. Just plan for a long wait if you go on a Sunday for brunch.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast! There were no USB ports in our room so keep that in mind for charging devices.
