I started getting my haircut and beard trimmed with Laney when she was at Vinny’s Barbershop in Beech Grove. She ventured out on her own opening Dappered Man in Brownsburg. I live in Fortville, it’s a hr drive, hr chair time and hr drive back. I attempted to find exceptional service comparable to Dappered Man a little closer to home but was very unsuccessful - there is none! The service, the atmosphere and the quality just weren’t at Dappered Man levels, so I started coming back. The 3hr time frame for me is worth it! You won’t be disappointed. Kudos to Laney and the rest of her team at Dappered Man!

Well respected place to get your favorite hair and beard style in Brownsburg. It is located in the same building as Best Friends coffee and bagel shop. The stylist are all very competent at giving you the look you desire. This is an appointment only shop so schedule your appointment, get yourself a hot cup of joe and walk out looking better.

I’ve been going here since they opened! Laney, Maria, Freddie, Luka…there isn’t a bad chair at Dappered Man! Beard trims are always amazing! Hair cuts the same! I have had countless people ask me who cuts my hair, and who trimmed my beard afterwards! People have brought my pictures into them and asked for “that cut”. You want a clean cut and beard trim, this is the place to go!

I have been shopping for a new permanent barber for more than a year when I stumbled across Dappered Man salon over the “Near me” section on Google maps. I saw the reviews and I thought I should give them a shot. I booked my first appointment with Maria. I am in the seat and I am in review mode. Maria is getting ready to cut my hair. What I enjoy about getting a haircut is more of the experience than the cut. Needless to say, Maria knocked it out of the park in terms of hair cut, and most importantly beard trim. 11 out of 10. The amount of compliments I got from my haircut and beard trim was outstanding. The atmosphere of the shop is just fun and welcoming. I highly recommend if someone like me who enjoys a haircut experience in a fun environment with fun people and a great and precise haircut experience. I can’t recommend them enough.

So I had a very traumatic haircut experience a few weeks ago and been upset ever since. Today I saw Laney and when I say she was nothing short of amazing I mean it. She fix the mess that was made and I am extremely happy with it. I will be returning to her for sure when it’s time to get it cut again.

Maria is the best. I have not had any better hair cuts. It is worth the price for a great cut.
