I walked in no greeting, asked for a size in some nikes she tells me yes I'll get them I was waiting 15 minutes just to see her organizing the clothes, so I asked again and with attitude she says give me a minute, I tried to ask someone else and they told me they are with somebody. 13 people in the store and 1 person being helped horrible store took my money elsewhere

For a sports store that is located in the suburbs, the store staff is very rude. Two staff members kept bugging me while I was shopping asking if I was buying anything. A very rude and unprofessional thing to do. So i left not buying a single thing. This store doesn't deserve my money.

Very rude staff at the Joliet IL location. No greeting when we walked in the store and no one offered to help. Staff was too busy talking about their plans after work, and their personal lives. This was our first time visiting this store, we walked out without purchasing anything.

Couldn't exchange my kids shoe size without My receipt. But they know I brought them. Bcus I'm always there buying shoes. Anyway back to foot locker

I could not believe the WAIT just to pay for 3 items the store was VERY MESSY!!!!!!..... Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!....... They need to hire new people faster on Register. people that actually ask you if you need any help.....🤬

Great quality merchandise, great staff and Egypt the manager is amazing! Definitely recommend this place.

Im in this spot at least 2/3 times a week we buy 98% of all our shoes from there and will keep coming back
