Very good food and very good prices and very nice owner and customer service.I don't see a lot of Chinese food from no where because it makes me sick. Years ago i tired their food and I been going every since. Beat place in south holland ill. No matter where I move I got back here to get food.

Under new management, big portions! Lunch prices was great. Got lunch for me and my coworkers my beef broccoli was only $5.40! The food was delicious. They all come with shrimp fried rice and a egg roll. I had some trouble ordering but the lady was real nice and helped me out, can't ask for better service. Next time I'm gonna get it delivered can't wait!

Best chinese food and customer service that I've found in south Chicago. Very articulate and cheerful on the phone, same in the restaurant. Food was excellent quality. I would recommend J-Wok to anyone wanting great Chinese food and those that actually enjoy interacting with a restaurant that appreciates that your spending your money with them.

Great Chinese restaurant in south suburb area. Jwok has great customer service, great food & delivery is awesome. Every time I have order it was delivered in a timely manner no matter conditions of the weather or location.

I've been living in Dolton for some years now and I've never had a bad experience here...its one of my favorites.. Portions are generous. Customer service is always on point I don't even have to give my name or number anymore she knows The voices of her regulars it appears. Everyone I've turned on to this place loves it ....so give it at least one try no matter what reviews you read then judge for yourself, you won't regret.

My family's favorite, were regulars and the young lady always knows our order when my husband calls. At this point they're like family. Food is always great and they give you alot!

Found this place sometime in spring. I work in Illinois and live in Indiana. This particular day wanted chinese food and decided to go here. From the first day till my review today, they have great tasting food. Always packaged neatly. Always friendly and asking how are you. Most places forget being nice doesn't cost you a thing. Waiting on food is minimal. At most 10 mins. If you're looking for hot and delicious chinese food, come here.

3.5 stars actually, this is my first time. I ordered ham egg foo- young w/ vegetable fried rice. Love IT But the EGG ROLLS. ARE EXTREMELY TO SMALL $1.30 EACH come on $0.75 more like it. I do enjoy a good vegetable egg roll , but two or three bites and not for $1.30 each. This just my opinion.

Excellent food and customer service ! I got the dinner for 4 . They say the rice is sized for 2 (so I added a small) but it’s def enough for 4 people. Picture (large shrimp rice , chicken wings orange chicken, beef and broccoli, crab Rangoon , egg rolls )shows AFTER we all made our plates !!

Shrimp fried rice was good and spicy (per my request)... definitely enjoyed the beef broccoli. Family dinner special is a great deal for $23! And the staff is super friendly and proficient with orders.

The food is okay could be better but some things are better than others. the service is good they come when they say they coming. the beef is good I really enjoy it.

J-Wok is a great place for Chinese food… the food is always fresh and the lady taking orders is ALWAYS pleasant. I come here quite often and I service and food is good. I pass several Chinese food restaurants but I choose to drive a bit further for good food and good service! Try it. You’ll be happy you did!

Everything I get from this place is always on point, and always on time. I usually get the beef & broccoli, but now I'm trying the the chicken and broccoli......delicious! I highly recommend visiting JWok in Dolton.

Service is impeccable. Food is seasoned and cooked well... however every shrimp dish we had came with rubbery artificial looking and tasting shrimp. I eat shrimp 2 to 3 times a week.. this was not like any shrimp I ever had. We ended up trashing all of the shrimp from a total of 3 shrimp dishes.

Their food is always fresh and delicious! This place is my favorite Chinese take out place in the area! The customer service is also always friendly and courteous! I recommend their lunch specials, where you get huge portions of your entree and shrimp fried rice, also with crab rangoons or egg rolls, all for less than $10!

Best food I tasted in this area. Fair prices. I got the pepper beef egg foo young and fried rice they are delicious. The lady in the front is nice and has great service. They also gave me free egg rolls because I spent so much. Will always come back to jwok best Chinese in the south suburbs

The staff is Great and so is the food it was season wasn't dried out fresh and hot and I like that when you spend a certain amount the lady always let's you know that you have something free coming the other places don't do that knowing that you have something free coming they won't give it to you. I ❤ this place and every since I've discovered it I absolutely don't eat at no other Chinese restaurant

The food is wonderful. The orange chicken is a personal favourite, and I would also recommend their noodles, whatever you put on them. Also, the servings are surprisingly filling because even a large family may find they have leftovers. The employees are always friendly.

I have gotten take-out from J Wok since they opened. It is the best Chinese food around. Never disappointing. Always delicious. Very quick service. Staff is excellent.

I’ve been coming here for years probably about 5 years. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve be satisfied with my order. Very good customer service over the phone that’s how I always order. My food is ready every time no need to wait for with a option of a drink or egg roll every time. The staff speaks every time I come here I always feel welcome. Worth it every time.

Food was okay I’m a truck driver and moved from Illinois so was excited to be back in the state to get some food. The crab Rangoon had no crab meat whatsoever so basically cream cheese rolls. Shrimps could have been cleaned and seasoned more. Don’t live here anymore so no point of calling when I have no way to get up there and this was a delivery.

I wanted something different and ordered the beef & broccoli lunch special at dinner time, which includes shrimp fried rice. My taste buds must be changing because it was just ok. It took me 3 sittings to eat most of it and I just discarded the balance. There wasn't enough shrimp in the rice but I got that because it was an add on.

Don’t come here often but when i do , I’m getting that waffle combo with them good cheesy eggs. Server was very pleasant. Food was fast and fresh. Noisy level was just right.
