My experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff were disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. It was clear that they had no interest in providing even the basic level of customer service. Not only did the staff lack any semblance of professionalism, but they were scammers. They charged me 1500 for a room that was 750. The bathroom was outside and detached. They didn't provide any AC for 1500. It was single bed for two person. The windows were broken and you couldn't open for some fresh air. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. Save yourself the headache and find accommodations elsewhere.

i fell worst behaviour in this hotel staff and management , rooms,bedshits not properly clean ,and night time come mosquitos . i told the staff to provide me mosquito killer and change bedshit but he doesn't provided , very very bad experience i have ever seen . and also bad behavior who guy sit booking counter.

I had visited here twice this is my second visit experience. I ware selected this for a few hours only and initially looks good. Rooms are clean. Location is good. But second time visit, it looks different. Actually they insist on the spot to rate their hotel in Google. So everybody give good rating infront of them. Now they overcharged. Also their servent is very rude. He does not allow glasses in rooms. Denied to give us linen towel. Behaviour also very rude. I'm really surprised, is that the same hotel iv stayed few months back. I don't know what happens to them. Hope they can understand and do betterment themselves.
