    This has been the worst experience of my life . You can't get any clean rags or towels until after 7 days, I change my rags everyday. This place doesn't have any of the amenities it claims it has on the website, the cleaning people can't and don't clean. I understand it's cheap but it doesn't have to be nasty and unprofessional

    We reserved non-smoking however, the smell, burn marks on the comforters and cigarette ashes on the floor in the bathroom, say otherwise. The comforters didn't look clean. The floor certainly was not clean. The room was painted nicely, but there is paint in the sink, mirror and bathroom floor. A thick layer of mold under the bath mat. Description says "Daily Housekeeping," but that is clearly not the case. We went to the store and bought blankets to put over the beds and to use. We bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves. The elevator is also disgusting, possibly had urine on the floor as it was wet and it smelled like urine. The mattress was comfortable and even with all the outside activity, it was quiet. The parking lot is well lit.

    Sadly, every one-star review I see references the ethnicity of the owner right before a gripe. “The Indian scammers,” yada yada yada. Sorry for our local racists, this place is great for what it is, a budget hotel in a decent location not far from the highway. I saw NO mold, NO messy blankets, the TV even had Netflix and YouTube. Ask yourself, are you going to believe a review demanding a refund? One star reviews demanding their money back are just entitled idiots expecting a Hilton for $40. This hotel is good for the price, and service is nice if you aren’t an idiot!

    I wouldn't even give this place a one star for starters we had to switch rooms seeing how the beds we're not clean hell there was even a cigarette butts all on the floor. So we got a new room note now its two beds so you would think they would give you more then two towels but NO the guy at the front desk made it clear to me that 4 people only need two towels 🤢 I've never in my life shared a towel after someone it just not sanitary in my eyes!!

    I would first like to start off by saying the guy at the front desk is beyond rude and needs better customer service and communication skills! Booked a double queen bed with my kids and fiance, when I arrived to the hotel to check in I had my brother with me as well because we planned on eating pizza and watching a movie. He was going to be dropped off when we were done. When I walked up to the counter I said hey how are you doing? He said no check in too many people! I said too many people how its 3 kids and my brother! He says who is staying in the room I said me my fiance and my kids, he told me he was refusing to check me in while I had my brother, that I had to take him home before I could check in. I told him that he wasnt staying the night and to show me where it says no guest are allowed, he still refused to check me in. I asked him who was the boss he said he was the boss but I dont believe him. So I called the customer service number and thats when he decided to proceed with checking me in Once in my room the floors were extremely dirty so I went back up front and asked him for a broom! He told me no so I told him the floors are nasty and either I can sweep them or you can do it. He says that I need to wait until morning for housekeeping because he wasnt doing it and there were no other available rooms! I did eventually get the broom but the lack of care was beyond me They need to learn how to talk to people and handle customer complaints properly. No efforts were made to resolve any issues, he met everything with negative energy and immediate frustration which is sad because besides the floors being dirty and there being old french fries in the drawer the rooms were actually nice and I WOULD have stayed another night but I rather go some where with better customer support and care

    The elevator smell completely like pee, the bathroom/room chair were completely disgusting. I couldn't get the TV to work on any channel nor any app. Once I got back from my event early in the morning there was no parking spaces near my room. A lot of weird/strange looking men were standing all around the building. I did not feel safe at all.

    Are you are looking for a cheap but disgusting room? Well, you have found the right motel! The room was dirty. Looked like the sheets had already been slept on. It smelled and there were a bunch of little holes in the wall that was stopped up with tissue. The staff was very rude and didn’t make you feel welcomed. I was supposed to stay there for over a week as I was coming from out of town. I checked out the next morning and found a nearby Extended Stay

    I paid 75$ here on 12/22/22 and the room is infested with roaches. That is ridiculous. I look online and I see multiple places like “Priceline” for example and the cost is 54$. I should have never come her anyways after viewing the rating. I came here from out of town and I definitely will not be returning here. It’s gross. Who can sleep really sleep comfortably with bugs crawling around. CALL AN EXTERMINATOR ASAP !!!!!!

    Several times I have stayed here and it was awful but this time it wasn't to bad. Actually clean an I say the only complaint would be the lady who came before check out hounding me over why stuff was a certain way an wanting my room key. Other than that can't complain

    First of all, the sign says no smoking on the window. I have cigarettes burns in my comforter. I don't smoke. I checked the smoke detector, it is neither hardwired nor does it have a battery in it so its worthless. The room is gross, there are stains on the sheets, dust ruffle and pad. The latch for the door lock is missing. It has a deadbolt but even with that locked the door doesn't close all the way. Easiest to say this is the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

    Had I known just what I was getting into, I would have NEVER, NEVER undergone this experience....the WORST experience in travel lodging I have EVER experienced....and I'm 84 years old!!!! The room was NOT CLEAN, there was no HOT WATER for bathing....just an all around UTTER DISASTER! They had already charged my credit card....no refunds or cancellations, and I had no money to get lodging elsewhere so I was stuck. Complained to management about the "no hot water" situation....they just "shook their head" like it was out of their control. WHAT is going on with these people? HOW do they LIVE like that? Stayed there two nights and two days....not able to take a SHOWER or ANYTHING....no money to go elsewhere as stated....totally disgusting situation! DO NOT EVER book lodging at this Inn!!

    I arrived early like around 7am I was told no early check-in so I came back after work and that's when I really got a look at this stink dirty room the sheets, towels and pillow cases had stains everywhere and when I called to get more they told me to ask house keeping in the morning mind you I have to be to work at 7am I've seen 3 roaches so fair and I think it's gonna be more. This is truly 1 of those u get what u pay for situations. I promised never again

    The room was fairly ok. Cleaning of the room 1 star because walking bare feet for about 10mins the bottom of your feet are black. Poor mopping of the floor, Clean white linen but there was hair on it, top blanket had burnt hole on of someone smoking on it, curtains dirty and holes, the walls was dirty, and the most of all bathtub was not draining properly when taking a shower also hair was on the floor as well. Basically I went to dollar tree for cleaning products to make sure I properly disinfect the room to my standard. Negative 50 stars for this Hotel

    This was the 1st hotel that I ever had to leave. I knew it was gonna be bad as soon as I smelled the elevator. The rooms didn't smell much better. The room had stains on the floor and walls and burns in the carpet. The thing on the wall was held by tape. The final straw was when I got into the bed it smelled like body odor. The sheets were obviously not cleaned. I just hope I get my money back cuz it seems like the desk was trying to give me the run around about a refund. This place is cheap for a reason. Stay away.

    By the way I’m still staying here right now !! they are nice people but y’all bashing these people for what ??? Y’all get in these rooms and run them down to the ground ! Everyone that works here is really nice I didn’t have any problems at all! For crying out loud your paying $48-50 a night for a hotel room If you want Marriott service go to Marriott y’all be so damnnnn annoying in reviews!!!!

    The wifi is ok. The room beds do not look as run down as the accessory furniture, like the dresser, chair, microwave, and flat pillows. The water gets hot quickly. Room service comes every morning to take out trash and replace towels and tissue. With it being located by Hwy 138 there are ALOT of random people walking around at all times of the day but I do not think that is in the hotel's control.

    My family and I stayed here many times over the course of a few weeks. The rooms were always filthy. Towels stained. Bedding stained and sometimes with burn holes. Floors always disgusting. The staff very rude. After spending hundreds of dollars on many stays- we were 5 min late to checkout one day and a member of housekeeping came to our room and held our door open while he yelled at us that they were going to call the police. they then told us to never come back because we checked out late. The only thing decent about this place was the location. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores (walmart and kroger)

    Not too many roaches but everything was okay. I read the reviews first before going. The reviews that I read were a little more worse than I experienced, but it's okay. I was shocked to see the police sitting in the corner with the lights on but hey you know it was the weekend I guess.

    This place looked nice, but one I went to take a shower an felt things jumping on my legs. An jumped in the bed, was getting bit all over. Called the front desk, he said there must be something wrong with me. There is nothing in the room with our see me.. so I left that night. If you go here beware of your safety.

    If i could rate a 0, i would...Wasn't able to stay. When I called about my reservation, the guy on the phone refused to help and hung up on me. He was EXTREAMLY RUDE and was unwilling to help a potential guest. I can understand if you are unable to help, but at least be nice and DONT hang up on your gusts!!!

    The second incident was today when i bout got a reservation for July 1-4 but I had an emergency and didn’t check in on the first. I came in the 2nd and the front desk attendant refused to let me check into my room that I had already paid for. I wasn’t loud rude or unpleasant he just didn’t want to give me a service I paid for.He told me I could only check in on the first and that he didn’t have a manager for me to speak to about his obvious misunderstanding of the rules and guidelines. I called Priceline and spoke to a rep for about ten minutes and what do you know. I was able to check in. Terrible customer service as well as unkept rooms. Yes they are cheap in comparison to most area hotels but understand you’re getting absolutely terrible customer service.Choose wisely !!!!!!

    This place deserves a zero stars. First of all the people running this place is from another country. They are very very rude indian people. The room smelled like cigarettes when it supposed to be a non-smoking room. The bed sheets and towels look like they are not clean at all. The floors are very sticky like it's never been cleaned at all. The state of Georgia needs to shut this business down for being a really dirty hotel for people to stay and Priceline...hotels.com and other websites need to take them off their list. Because this hotel doesn't deserve to be advertised.

    Rooms are outdated and require renovation and daily cleaning. Hotel personnel front desk staff dont allow guest to use the common areas of the lobby or business offices or provide breakfast advertised. The pool is covered with cement. Mangers are friendly and courteous at times. Personnel are rude when asking guest to leave the lobby. Property has infestation. Good strong WIFI. Housekeeping Janitor needs to verify each room is clean before guest checkin. Housekeepers and laundry workers are friendly. Rooms smell great floors walls countertops and Bedding dirty. Staff was reluctant to clean. Improving property l: get rid of roach infestation, Include laundry service for guest, and proper cleaning each room, remove all dirt debris and wall marks, wall repairs and wall cleaning, exhaust fans covered in dust and vibrate louder than the TV include breakfast Near to restaurants and shopping Parking lots have lighting and are clean. Elevator at location. No access to business center or lobby or continental breakfast as advertised. Housekeeping failed to clean daily.
