    I give 5 stars, the staff is so friendly. The place is under new management and it shows. I previously stayed in July and the rooms weren't clean properly. I had to change rooms 3 times, I had no towels we had to buy our own. This stay was so much better, the room we had was very clean. The price was fair so overall my family and I enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back next time we visit Morrow.

    DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is absolutely disgusting. My boyfriend and I are on vacation and stayed in nicer hotels for cheaper than what we paid for this horrible place. The room smells pee. Our dog now has fleas. The bedding is absolutely disgusting. Hairs all over and stains too. Does anyone actually even clean these rooms? We already paid for the night but we are so upset and scared to stay here we're leaving now!! Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

    First off I will say I gave this hotel a 2 only because the front desk staff was very helpful, and caring. My fiance and I checked in Tuesday October 17th. The room that we received had no towels no remote there was tissue in the toilet the bed was too low and although it was a non smoking room it had a very bad smell.... The front desk attendant apologized and offered to find us a better room. Meanwhile the lobby was full with upset people complaining about not having service to their rooms and no towels. When she finished assisting those guests she and my fiance walked door to door until they found one that was suitable for us. This room was nice but the sheets and bed spread had spots all over them and the pillow cases were filthy. The short lady at the front desk by the name of Catina, not only brought us towels and sheets but she changed the sheets on our bed got a clean bed spread made our bed and changed our pillow cases because housekeeping had left for the day. My fiance is a Veteran and she stated that she wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We even offered her a $20 tip which she declined. Catina the generosity you gave speaks volumes we thank you for everything. If the manager sees this she should get rid of the housekeeping staff and hire people that actually care about their job......

    so apparently this raggedy behind motel likes to steal people's belongings and keep them for their own without employees facing any type of consequences. not only did they steal and try to lie to keep my things for themselves, but they also decided to kick me out and for what reason? who knows, but i'm angry and if y'all delete my review i'm gonna keep posting them and each time it's gonna get worse and worse, y'all lucky i don't know who else to complain to but best believe i'm gonna cause y'all some problems regardless because what i've experienced has got to be the worst customer service in existence of customer service. eat my shorts, everyone who works there.

    Terrible, terrible experience. You'd think "pet friendly" would be a good thing if you're a pet lover like me, but the dog in the room next door robbed me of half a night's sleep. It was yapping all evening until nearly midnight, then started crying again at 4:00 in the morning. Nobody was making an effort to settle it down, so I risked knocking on the door to ask them to quiet it down. Nobody answered, so I went to the front desk to ask for help. They went and seemed to deal with it, but then later I heard the same dog yapping in the room immediately behind. It obviously belonged to a staff member who was leaving it unattended while they worked! I asked the lady at the front desk for a partial refund since she was witness to the fact that I was kept awake at 4:00 in the morning. I got the "I'll have to talk to the manager" excuse and that the manager wouldn't be in until later that day, so I left my business card and asked to have the manager call me. Of course he/she never did, and no partial refund was given. DEFINITELY DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP, OR IF YOU WANT ACCOUNTABILITY FOR PROVIDING THE SERVICE YOU PAID FOR!!!

    Room was dirty, smelly of smoke, I had ask for a non smoking room. The room was filthy. Floor wasn't swept. Bathroom wasn't clean. My worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend it.

    Where can I start at first they gave me a room on the back side where people live and they were drinking and smoking and trying to flirt with me then I went to the office and they're very nice in the office gave me another room but the other room they gave me the toilet was dirty the door to the bathroom had big punch holes in them the towels were filthy is just not a good place they need to update and upkeep and keep the rooms clean sketchy place people live there wouldn't have felt safe unless my husband was there and it's a good thing he was I wouldn't have stayed never again

    Room was ok but things, like the safe, were broken...there were lamps missing bulbs. The staff was friendly enough but the other guests were obviously involved in some type of criminal activity. Not a place I would stay if I had children with me. Definitely lock your car doors!

    “Bed Bugs”- They don’t change the sheets. They just make the bed up and do a Light sweep. I was bitten pretty bad and didn’t get any sleep. I’m going to check out early although I booked for a week... I can’t take it this is crazy. No phone in the room and The front office worker smells like weed. They lock you out automatically when you leave for several hours. Sink and Toilet clogged even when they put me in another room. Light fixtures don’t always work do forget that late night book... They are stingy with wash clothes and towels as well. Not worth it, do yourself a favor!

    They're alright typical redroof I haven't noticed any bugs or anything so it's cool. They do give some super thin blankets on their bed though but it's ok.

    They cancelled my reservation twice. They gave me 2 sets of keys that didn't work. The room needed to be cleaned better.

    DO NOT stay at this location. 1. The rooms are disgusting and the bedding smells of pee. 2. Customer service is VERY rude and dishonest 3. HORRIBLE HOTEL Me and my mother booked this location with a credit card and every room we have went to was disgusting. This location used to be a Red Roof Inn and we had went before. It was very nice for the price and was always clean. When me and my mother asked for a refund, the lady at the front desk claimed to have issued us one. We were there about a month ago and we have NOT received our refund and we're still having to dispute it because of their dishonesty. !!!DO NOT!!! BOOK AT THIS LOCATION!!!

    Service was really good my room was ok and the reason I say just "ok" is because my air conditioner had no vent covers besides the fact it barely got over room temperature lol, I went to the event I was to attend and got back to my room the following night to find police at the room beneath mine because a housekeeper committed suicide in the room so don't waste your time..Imo..✌🏾

    The place is dirty. The man at the front desk was rude and the first room they put me in was filthy. Dirty stained sheets and pillow cases. The floor was dirty and the outdated fixtures had dust on them. I immediately went back to the front desk and requested to be moved to another room. This room was 100 times better however it still wasn't clean. I was tired so just accepted the fact that I probably was in one of the best rooms this dump has to offer. It's a bed and a roof.

    Had to go and pick someone up from there so he could have an eye surgery. There are people that will walk up asking for cigarettes, money, or offer illegal services. Thank God for my backup camera. A woman ducked behind my vehicle when I tried to backup out of a parking spot.
