What a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. They sell cakes, pastries, sandwiches, coffee, and of course the best pies in town. There are plenty of different flavours to choose from. There are a few tables to eat in, but not many. The service is pretty quick too. I recommend you try them out.

This is my local bakery, the food is usually very good here especially during the week. However, today (12:20 Saturday 13/02/2021) I thought I would buy lunch for the family. I purchased a potatoe top pie, a beef pie, a chicken ciabatta roll, and a chicken Caesar wrap cut in half. The potato top pie tasted a little old, like it was not fresh. The wrap and the roll were terrible. My wife would not even touch them. Upon opening the wrap and roll you could see they were not fresh but very old ( I used to own a bakery and lunch bar) and I can say for sure it was not made that morning. A disappointing result from a bakery I had in the past found to be outstanding. The point of the review system is to enlighten the public, in this instance I hope it will also help the bakery management stop and look at their practices to prevent this becoming a habit. These reviews can also be updated so I hope to see an improvement.

Food was actually pretty good here, pastry was crispy and fluffy. Potato on potato pie had a weird aftertaste but that was my only negative

Embarking on an epicurean adventure, my taste buds were on a mission for a chocolate eclair. As fate would have it, my journey led me to the charming doorstep of Pinjarra Bakery in Port Kennedy, a delightful detour on my day's route. The moment I stepped in, a wave of warmth from the exceptionally friendly staff enveloped me. There it was, the pièce de résistance – a chocolate eclair that seemed to whisper my name. The temptation to indulge right away was strong, but I heroically decided to wait, planning a grand tea time at home with my newfound treat. As I lingered, my eyes danced over to the gingerbread men, snug in their box, a perfect surprise for my little one - or a sneaky treat for myself. After all, what's a cup of tea without a scrumptious snack to accompany it? My journey home was a test of willpower, but the eclair made it, only to be swiftly relished in the comfort of my abode. The verdict on the gingerbread men? That's a delicious mystery soon to be unraveled. But one thing is crystal clear – Pinjarra Bakery, with its delightful pies and a cornucopia of baked wonders, has won my heart. I'm already planning my next visit, my palate eagerly anticipating more of their culinary delights.

Went there on opening day to get something and have a look and it was a barren wasteland. A few pies left and nothing else at all. Full of people looking for non existent food. The staff didn't care and were not helpful or apologetic. Classic, they will be as cliquey and as annoyingly under-stocked everyday like Miami Bakehouse in no time.. I will change my review if it improves I guess. Not having stock for your customers or assuming it's ok to be sold out of anything at anytime is a deal breaker everyday of the week. Maybe train your service staff again? EDIT - Went in again today 3 years later and there was no stock in the middle of the day on a Saturday.. they heated me up a pie and it was cold in the middle. Charming. To be clear I have been here numerous times, not just twice. - Always with the staff choosing what I can have - having the menu really is pointless.

Rude staff Asked a simple question got a very rude answer Told me it would take a couple to minutes to heat a pie and 15 minutes later my 5 year old was crying because they took so long. Despicable Also extremely overpriced for just above average pies

Food was amazing. Two elder ladies that served us yesterday were selective with their customer service, were extremely helpful with Caucasian people than us brown people. Younger staff were helpful today.

First time visit today. Brunch. Service was quick and friendly. Ham and cheese croissants perfectly toasted and a good portion size. Flat whites hot. Carrot cake muffin is HUGE and packed with carrot and a touch of spice and pineapple. Just like my Nan used to make. Mudcake muffin was also great. So big my choc loving daughter couldn't finish it. (rare 😜). Thank you. We will be back. You could easily insert a candle and use one of their cupcakes as a mini birthday cake.

Big, tasty, packed full of flavour pies. Hubby’s a fan of the beef chilli and jalapeño pies, as he likes spicy food. My fav’s the vanilla custard slice. Yum! Staff are always friendly in the PK store. Don’t go very often, as the products are too enticing.

The girls were really helpful in helping me to choose a pie for my lunch and of course it was delicious! There was such a good selection that it was hard to choose but I knew that whatever it was, it was going to be good :)

Poor service...not polite at all. I went for breakfast. I have ordered sandwich for 2 of us. The lady served the hot drinks to table and reluctant to walk to table to bring the sandwich. Instead , she placed it at near table and ask customer to pick up from another table. I have not seen just poor etiquette.. Macdonalds service much better. No greetings no smile.. . This our first time to this cafe and I wikk never go again . I will NOT recommend my friends and families.. it just make u feel lousy being treated like "Nothing * . Zero customer service. I recoonend Staff to be trained professionaly and to ve simple ' to greet and make customers welcome.
