Difficult tenant resolution. I found myself in a situation with an extremely difficult tenant denying reasonable access. The management and team that took on the management of my property responded quickly and extremely professionally. They were excellent with communications and advice which ultimately provided a speedy resolution to the issues. Then moved on to a new tenant and lease in remarkably quick time. Extremely happy with the service I have had from the team from the top down.
