I bought from this shop a longines diver watch valued at 4000 dollars. In the specifications was written sapphire resistant. After 2 months wearing the watch ones a week and beeing very careful with it i horribly notices a scratch on the glass. I am an happy owner og several watches top branded in the world and something like this never happened im several years with my Panarai and Omega. I took the watch back to them and i was hoping they can really help me fixing my watch. But they ask me $500 fee for puff the scratch, now this customer service shocked me because a big company like Mazzucchelli should take care of their customers that's the reason why i dont buy online. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST.

Purchased a $3k Tag Heuer just over a year ago and the clasps is now broken. Two sales assistant in Mazuchellis Murray St are the least helpful indicated that it’s due to how I handled the watch and take no accountability to contact Tag Heuer. Very poor customer service and definitely not returning. Mazuchellis on Hay St is much more helpful.

Buyer Beware - Mazzucchelli's are the worst retailers I have ever purchased from. I purchased a Tissot watch from them and the paint started coming off it, they sent it to Tissot for repair and 6 weeks later i received the watch back and 2 days later the paint came off again. the refused to refund me and said it had to be sent to Tissot again, another 8 weeks later and lots of complaints, they replaced with another watch. Since then I have returned that watch back twice and all I want is a refund. the Tissot watches are such poor quality now!! I only wear it in an office environment and it looks like I have beaten it up. I just want a refund and to move on but Mazzuchellis refuse to give me my money back. I have the Consumer rights involved now. AWFUL experience with TISSOT and Mazzuchellis. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Bought a Rado watch from Mazhuchelli's. It stopped working after 2 and a half years (just out of warranty), even though it was rarely worn and well looked after. Mazhuchellis sent it to Rado and Mazhuchelli's quoted me $510 to service/repair the watch with a one year warranty. I spoke to Rado directly and they quoted me $330 (full price) for the same job but felt bad so gave me a discount and ended up charging me for $250 with a two year warranty. Profiting from a service that most retailers would usually "look after" a customer, is what they call good customer service.

Shocking customer service!!! I went there in November to fix up my 2K necklace that I bought there a year earlier and was served by LINDA. She took my jewelry and went to call the repair center for some parts for it, during that call she also talk about her Christmas plans and what she will be getting for her son bla bla bla..... I was on my lunch break so was watching the clock, I stood there for 9 min and when I looked behind the little wall where she was hiding with the phone, she just gave me the worst look ever for distributing her! Customer service in that store is just not existing!!! Such a high-end retail with employees without any manners

Dissatisfied with the manner in which the employers at CBD treated myself and a friend. We were hoping to spend some money on my boyfriend for his 21st, being such an important birthday. We walked around the store in hopes that one of the available sales assistants would attend to us, however after waiting at a display for a good 5 minutes we were continually ignored by all the currently unoccupied assistants and then left the store very disgruntled. It was incredibly rude and feel as though we where profiled by the sales ladies. While we are young in age we believe that we as consumers have the right to be treated as any other customer regardless of age. Very disgusted at the blatant disregard from the women in the store. Do better.

Looking out for a gold jewellery place in Australia for a surprise gift for my partner, found OM Jewellers, submitted an online request which was responded the next business day by Heather. I shared my requirements and Heather came back with multiple options with pricing to choose from, went ahead with one item which had to be custom made. Pricing was fair and lead times were explained up-front given the custom build. Upon receipt of the item, very happy with the purchase, the quality, delivery and packaging. Ordered a VCA inspired 22k bracelet. Very friendly customer service, they get back to you in a timely manner and answer any questions you may have. Good job to their staff for that. Just a couple of things, I was firstly offered a much lower price for the bracelet as I guess you could say an introductory customer offer and I was also happy with this as I was looking for someone within Australia for the future. This offer was then sadly retracted (I am guessing a few different staff members are replying on whatsapp so they may have had different views). I had a thought about it and I, myself went back and agreed to pay the higher price (despite having a lower offer from my usual place available they were aware off) because I liked the look of Om Gold & Diamonds more and they are within the country which would have made the process faster. That was my decision to come back for the look but just for some feedback, its good customer service/business practise to honour prices you have offered the customer in the past or review the price you are offering in detail before advising the customer. I went to wear the bracelet for the first time and sadly there are stains on it in multiple spots. Tried the fix of using dishwashing liquid like advised but no improvement. Was offered to post it back so they can clean it up but I guess this is where it gets a bit disheartning as I am in a different state and the event I wanted it for was yesterday. The point of feedback here is to please do quality checks before sending the product as I had opted to pay a higher price (despite being offered a much lower price by yourself originally- even account for the grams difference) for quality and speed and was sad that I could not even wear it to the event I specifically had ordered it for. Gold and Diamonds are a luxury purchase we pay high prices for so I guess it feels nice and worth it so receive a perfect product rather than pack and forth on the quality. Went into a store in Melbourne CBD today as a new client and was offered a great deal in order to be onboarded as a new customer and was able to see the products. Of course, it was my choice to purchase from interstate but we place trust in the store to check everything off for you when you pay them a high amount and are excited to see the product you chose to pay a lot more for. Positive point again though as I said, they are friendly.

High price ,low quality.I purchased a necklace for a special occasion for my wife ,having rarely worn it the clasp is now broken and as a result we nearly lost the necklace.We tried to claim under the warranty and after extended discussions they will not honour their agreement to re fund the estimated value of the clasp because we do not live in Australia.We are seriously dissapointed because the low quality the clasp broke and they will not cover the cost of replacement clasp.

Gave my watch for repairs. Apparently my watch has been in store for over 3 weeks and she gave me only one call only in those three weeks. And she said the call did not connect because it was restricted. Well, I run my own business and receiving calls were not an issue. And even if it did, she calls me only once in three weeks?? To which I get an answer “I have other important things” Despicable behaviour! Not customer service! I have bought everything from mothers day to xmas gift there for over ten years! NOT GOING BACK EVER AGAIN. The store was in Perth city, and the watch sent was a Tissot (T race).

My partner got my Vera Wang Engagement ring and we have purchased him a TAG watch for our upcoming wedding. We wanted to browse necklaces for the wedding for myself and look at wedding bands for my partner however when we entered the store on 14/7/18 we approached by sale lady of Indian decent and I was shocked to hear that she was going to charge us $85.00 for my partner to be sized and to try wedding bands on!!!!!!!! We then went to another Mazzucchelli's store within the city and were sized without payment. That sales lady from you store just lost out in a large commission payment as we not only purchased the band but also a gorgeous Vera Wang necklace and my partner is now also considering a second watch. If you're wanting to ripped off and treated like you're below the sales people then visit this store, I know I wont b stepping foot anywhere near them again!

Recently got a ring made with them with some of the diamonds from old rings, Shayana was really helpful and friendly, and my ring turned out to be amazing and just the way i had in mind.
