Ordered
a
VCA
inspired
22k
bracelet.
Very
friendly
customer
service,
they
get
back
to
you
in
a
timely
manner
and
answer
any
questions
you
may
have.
Good
job
to
their
staff
for
that.
Just
a
couple
of
things,
I
was
firstly
offered
a
much
lower
price
for
the
bracelet
as
I
guess
you
could
say
an
introductory
customer
offer
and
I
was
also
happy
with
this
as
I
was
looking
for
someone
within
Australia
for
the
future.
This
offer
was
then
sadly
retracted
(I
am
guessing
a
few
different
staff
members
are
replying
on
whatsapp
so
they
may
have
had
different
views).
I
had
a
thought
about
it
and
I,
myself
went
back
and
agreed
to
pay
the
higher
price
(despite
having
a
lower
offer
from
my
usual
place
available
they
were
aware
off)
because
I
liked
the
look
of
Om
Gold
&
Diamonds
more
and
they
are
within
the
country
which
would
have
made
the
process
faster.
That
was
my
decision
to
come
back
for
the
look
but
just
for
some
feedback,
its
good
customer
service/business
practise
to
honour
prices
you
have
offered
the
customer
in
the
past
or
review
the
price
you
are
offering
in
detail
before
advising
the
customer.
I
went
to
wear
the
bracelet
for
the
first
time
and
sadly
there
are
stains
on
it
in
multiple
spots.
Tried
the
fix
of
using
dishwashing
liquid
like
advised
but
no
improvement.
Was
offered
to
post
it
back
so
they
can
clean
it
up
but
I
guess
this
is
where
it
gets
a
bit
disheartning
as
I
am
in
a
different
state
and
the
event
I
wanted
it
for
was
yesterday.
The
point
of
feedback
here
is
to
please
do
quality
checks
before
sending
the
product
as
I
had
opted
to
pay
a
higher
price
(despite
being
offered
a
much
lower
price
by
yourself
originally-
even
account
for
the
grams
difference)
for
quality
and
speed
and
was
sad
that
I
could
not
even
wear
it
to
the
event
I
specifically
had
ordered
it
for.
Gold
and
Diamonds
are
a
luxury
purchase
we
pay
high
prices
for
so
I
guess
it
feels
nice
and
worth
it
so
receive
a
perfect
product
rather
than
pack
and
forth
on
the
quality.
Went
into
a
store
in
Melbourne
CBD
today
as
a
new
client
and
was
offered
a
great
deal
in
order
to
be
onboarded
as
a
new
customer
and
was
able
to
see
the
products.
Of
course,
it
was
my
choice
to
purchase
from
interstate
but
we
place
trust
in
the
store
to
check
everything
off
for
you
when
you
pay
them
a
high
amount
and
are
excited
to
see
the
product
you
chose
to
pay
a
lot
more
for.
Positive
point
again
though
as
I
said,
they
are
friendly.
