After
3
bad
experiences
with
the
service
at
Subway
in
Gosnells,
I
will
not
be
a
returning
customer,
I
feel
sorry
for
the
people
getting
trained,
as
their
staff
member
who
is
training
them
isn’t
very
hands
on
when
it
comes
to
assistance,
tonight’s
visit
has
guaranteed
that
I
shall
never
be
returning
to
this
store
again,
I’m
thankful
that
they
are
Independently
owned,
as
I
usually
purchase
3
Footlong
Subs
a
week,
so
hopefully
my
$50
that
I
spend
per
week,
will
be
more
appreciated
at
one
of
the
other
locations.
The
poor
customer
service
provided
by
this
particular
lady
for
my
last
3
visits,
aswell
as
the
fact
that
the
Sub
I
order,
you
have
on
display
on
your
Menu
board,
yet
half
the
staff
don’t
know
what
exactly
goes
in
it
and
as
I
buy
it
for
someone
else,
I
have
to
try
and
remember
what
goes
into
it,
to
advise
the
staff
what
to
put
in
it.
Also,
the
staff
member
in
charge
tonight
was
too
busy
mopping
the
floor
to
come
help
out
the
young
lady
at
the
counter
until
there
were
more
than
4
people
waiting
to
be
served,
plus,
she
left
the
floor
quite
wet
and
extremely
unsafe,
I
also
tried
calling
the
store
and
I
rang
20
times
in
10
minutes
and
she
didn’t
bother
to
answer
and
it
was
definitely
before
the
store
closed.
