Very high quality Indian food and one of the best exotic Indian restaurants in Jordan, I do highly recommend it, very nice food presentation and the ambient music is really engaging, the food flavour is an another story which words cannot express my gratitude for the chefs who made this food.

First visit the order was very good and we were satisfied with their service. However, in our second visit we' ve ordered cream chicken soup, the taste was awful. There was a tate of burned plastic, they have it replaced but it had the same bad taste. Plus lentil soup was served in cracked bowl.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants in Amman. They have a very diverse menu of Indian food items, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. They offer vegetarian, chicken, lamb, and seafood dishes. Their food portions are quite filling. They serve Indian sweets, too. Their naan and rootis are well baked, too. They have a few branches across Amman.

The food is nice but the service is extremely lacking. We entered the restaurant and the place was at 30% capacity. We waited for 5 minutes to be seated. It took 30 minutes and several requests for someone to come and take our order. AFTER that it took exactly 40 minutes for the food to arrive. However, plates were missing and we had to wait for the cutlery for another good 5 minutes (we actually to had to go ask for them). Naturally, the bill had the missing plates on it. The manager paid poor lip service and offered a 10% discount the removal of the plates from our bill!! Very poorly run place. Will not visit again..

Worst buffet ever. Food was not enough, and so little things were included even. Bad service, and we had a hard time splitting the bill.

I went during Ramadan Buffet There is not much food variety, but it was good. I did not like that the buffet is down stairs and the seating is upstairs, it is not practical.

I arrived for the Ramadan iftar buffet shortly before the athan. The employee said sorry you don't have a reservation - I was not aware reservations were required. Poor customer service, they could have accommodated.

Loved the food and the service! The staff are extremely friendly. The buffet is really good and the price is cheap! Rakoon is my fav Indian restaurant in Amman. I tried this branch and the one in Wasfi Altal, both are really good. I recommend it!!
