This
restaurant
is
a
short
walk
from
the
Toledo
Hotel
where
we
were
staying,
which
is
how
we
found
it.
We
got
lucky
and
stopped
by
when
the
owner
was
there,
and
he
explained
to
us
what
the
"menu"
was.
There's
no
"menu"
per
se:
you
get
a
small
sandwich
in
a
pita
or
a
large
one
in
a
hollowed-out
seeded
bread
loaf.
They
serve
falafel
sanwiches.
That's
it!
The
falafels
were
incredibly
tasty,
and
they
toss
in
hummus,
fried
potatoes,
lettuce,
tahini
and
tomato.
Spice
level
is
optional
as
they
have
the
hot
sauce
at
the
ready.
Pretty
typical
fare.
Cafe
has
no
seating,
beverages
are
available
from
the
refrigerator
case.
It
felt
very
local,
and
in
fact
the
other
patrons
who
stopped
in
were
picking
up
snacks
and
take-away
orders,
including
bulk
orders
of
hummus
and
falafels
for
later.
Basic,
tasty
vegan
food
at
a
bargain
price
(we
paid
5JD
for
two
sandwiches
and
two
drinks).
If
you're
in
the
area
for
some
reason
and
need
a
quick
bite,
I
recommend.
We'll
be
back
for
sure
during
our
stay.
