The apartment differs positively from others in Jordan at a similar price. The apartment is new, very clean and comfortable. The apartment has large windows and a beautiful view of Wadi Musa at night. The host is very welcoming. He helped repair the rental car selflessly and organized a delicious, homemade dinner in the apartment after sightseeing in Petra. We highly recommend this apartment.

Simply it is just perfect Clean modern rooms, nice views, quiet neighbourhood, location is close to Petra visiting center and more important then all so, you feel you are at home as the hotel owner and the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. For sure always recommend and will be my destination whenever I want to go to Petra or any place nearby

It was a fantastic place to stay for our time in Wadi Musa. The owner is incredibly helpful, and his tips for the backdoor of Monastery were life saving in the heat. He also he recommended great restaurants, and were ready for our every question. Take his advice, trust me, they are worth it! The room was very nice too, the view is epic, and it was super clean. Easily one of our best stay in Jordan. If you are backpacking, arrange some transportation to the Petra entrance, because it is a longer walk trough hills, but if you are with car, it is a few minutes away, and near the hotel there is a big parking space

Such a nice place to stay for visiting Petra. Rooms are modern, clean and have a nice bathroom. Rooftop terrace with nice view all over Petra town. The owner goes above and beyond and is truly welcoming. He even arranged transportation for us for our onward bus journey to Amman. Highly recommended!

Great clean and cozy apartments. Very good stay here. I would recommend as 3-4 Stars Hotel International Standard. And I have seen many hotels. Otaiba is a great person and he provides very good lunch packs for you. It was an honour to stay here and visit awesome petra. You drive 4 minutes to Petra from here. Very good sleep and recovery. This was a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are very clean, roomy, with a good bathroom, and refrigerator. The views over Wadi Musa are wonderful, and by car, Petra is a view minutes away. They made a breakfast for guests to take to Petra at night for the guests, which was so helpful getting up early am,with food in your pack.Otaiba, the owner was very helpful, gave us plenty of large bottles of water, and also gave us great tips about Petra. We have stayed in many hotels in the world, this place is fantastic. They even have a washing machine they let you use, and give you a place to hang your clothes. Highly recommend staying at this place

Great hostel and great staff! They opened just a couple of months ago so you can see they still lack some things like a cafeteria but for us was just fine. They were really friendly with us being sure we had anything we need. Breakfast was included and they brought it whenever we needed it. Also they helped a lot with useful tips about the area, the restaurants and the activities to do there. We are greatful for everything to them and no doubt we would come back to the same hostel if we ever come back!

Very helpful guy on the reception, he advised us a lot. They gave us not only breakfast but also good lunch for Petra. Room clean, beautiful view from the window on whole Wadi Musa. Hotel small, only 4 rooms so it's peaceful.

Fantastic view of Wadi Musa from the room. The room itself is super clean and offers a comfortable stay. Very good arrangement for a packed breakfast, helped us stay satiated through the early morning start for visiting Petra and the travel to Wadi Rum. The hosts are very friendly and give great recommendations on planning a day in Petra and going around Wadi Musa.

Place found "by chance". As we frequently do. We check the opinions, but we are careful when the number of opinions is small. This time we just felt that it is a good choice. And Boy, it was! Otaiba, the owner is one of the most nice persons we have ever met. He tries to make sure the guests get what they need. Super friendly. Very helpful. We asked about restaurants and next places we want to see and he proposed to check and helped us with everything. Otaiba started the business just two weeks before pandemic started, do he was hit before he could have any income. He restarted in the Spring of 2022. We were there in September 2022. He tries very hard to make sure all is well. If anything is to be corrected he is immediately there to make a change. We intended initially to spend one night there, but after very long visit to Petra (Otaiba helped us to plan everything, gave lunch boxes and everything) we decided to stay one day longer. Highly recommended. Great place to see Petra and surroundings and great owner with other working there family members. The terrace is being prepared for the guests with tremendous view towards Petra.We hope to be there again. GREAT COFFEE!!! Thank you Otaiba!

This is such a nice hotel . The host, Otaiba ,was excellent . We left early to Petra and he volunteered to pack breakfast for us . Gave us suggestions on places to eat . Respond to any questions right away . Very clean rooms . Like 4 minute ride from Petra .

Perfect position, 3 minutes by car from Petra Visitor Centre and also to city centre . Rooms are simple but perfectly clean. Otaiba is a plus, his suggestions, kindness and knowledge made us enjoy our staying in Petra the most.
