We had a great time doing the prison escape room! Very well put together and the staff were great and super friendly. I would highly recommend visiting. The problems were complex enough to make it hard to solve. Super fun!

Fun experience, but the wait time can be a bit too much.

It was an awesome experience. It push you to your maximum level of all your abilities, i am gonna try all maps. They're professionals in this Field and I would recommend to try them.

This is a very interesting experience, it was really fun i recommend to try it. We started with the bank job, next visit, we tried the prison. I would recommend to visit. The efforts are very clear to make this experience interesting.

My friends and I played several rooms. The best one (so far) was the tomb. However, we did enjoy each and every room we tried. The staff is amazing, the service is amazing, and of course the experiences were super amazing. Thank you escape the room!

This escape room is amazing! Unfortunately, the room was way too difficult but it’s what makes it fun! Wonderful experience.

SAW was the worst escape room I have ever done. I’ve done over a dozen escape rooms in multiple countries and this was by far the worst. It is not structured in a way that makes sense and there is no storyline. The puzzles are poorly designed, the room is full of cheap props, and the characters that interact with you are so unnecessarily rude. One of them made a personal comment to me about my appearance and it really soured the whole experience for me. If you want to feel frustrated, confused, and demeaned, this place is a great choice.

we went to lab13 worst escape the room experience ever truly, the coworkers were the rudest human beings ever rushing us, making weird/uncomfortable conversations, making fun of us because we were hugging our friend( who we haven't seen in a while). the room itself was actually bad u get to a point that's actually a dead end, the clues they gave us were after we already did the thing , the time wasn't enough and it wasn't even sciency yk .

3 stars for the room and the game. Room is good but rather hard tbh (even though I was told it's their easiest one, The Bank Job). Too many red herrings and wild guesses and assumptions you'll have to make. 2 stars though for clarity of cost and location on the website. The booking system asks you how many adults there will be from a drop down menu. There is no other drop down menu for kids. I entered 3 adults.. total: 50. Payment is cash only at the place (inconvenient but Ok). We get to the place with three kids, one too young (for free) and a 9 and 12 YO, and we were made to pay 75 total! When asked why did it show only 50 on the website, I was told it's because I've entered 3 people..okay but there was no children's counter so? I was told they don't have that because kids are for free.. I said but we're paying for these two? I was told yes because they can play and solve things (LOL) .. and when I pointed out that there was no way of me knowing it'll be 75 then, I was asked why didn't I call them. Hahaha. At that point I just paid as there was no point in that conversation. TL;DR Call to check how much you'll be paying. Also, the website didn't show which branch the room we booked was at and I had to call to verify.

Very nice experience, we tried 2 rooms the first one lab-13 definitely hard the second one black and white defiant more doable
