Anyone who is interested in actually sleeping should avoid this hotel like the plague. The hotel opts to rent its indoor and outdoor spaces to “private parties” that blast house music until the early morning hours on weekdays as well as weekends. The music can be heard on both sides of the hotel and well up to the upper floors - there is no escaping it regardless of what room they put you in. So-called guests at the hotel are not even allowed into these “private parties” despite being kept awake all night by them. In all my travels, I’ve never encountered a luxury hotel so contemptuous of its actual guests. Those who have the misfortune to stay here will also find their sinuses assaulted - and their heads well-ached - by the cigarette smoke that permeates throughout the hotel’s horrendously unfiltered ventilation system. In short, if you want to be kept up by house music all night and wake up feeling like you’ve been on a colossal bender, you’ve found your hotel!

Do not recommend at all — 1. Lobby and hallways are narrow and small, and a bar full of drunk people right in the middle of the a very small and narrow lobby. 2. Fridge not working, they said “all fridges in hotel are being upgraded” 3. Room is really small, although being selected as ‘spectacular’ 4. Sink is outside the bathroom, and right in the middle of the room, which is hugely strange. 5. Fridge empty, huge sign of inhospitality. 6. Charged me for breakfast, although I booked it including breakfast.

If you are looking to have a different hospitality experience by exploring a very trendy and edgy designed facility; then you should try W Amman. Many features of the building add up to your stay. The higher floors rooms are spectacular as W describe them, the multi terraced roof top and lobby seating areas are something else. The level of service provided meets the 5 star hotel rating, while having great team who are very helpful and well educated and experienced in the field. Thank you W Amman for a wonderful stay we had.

Extremely beautiful hotel with the perfect view of Jordan! The rooms are incredibly spacious with an abundance of amenities such as a kettle, mini fridge, safe box and they supply a lot of shampoo, conditioners, body soaps, razors, toothbrush kits, sponge for your body, lotions, etc! The cleaners are ever so friendly and attentive and will make you feel very welcomed. The hotel itself has a very art deco feel which is interesting and it’s perfect for those who love art and love to take pictures. The breakfast buffet has almost everything you need and the fresh pastries and juices are the best. There’re chefs that can make whatever egg dish you’d like and you can tell that the food is fresh and tasty.

Good morning, my experience in Your Hotel is been something so great, so amazing then sometime I can not still to believe... The design is very strange, so crazy but all by perfect harmony, everything excellent, and so right in every point inside and out hotel. The entry to hall is one of futuristic planet, where the colours and details are in harmony between crazy style and excellent business mind. The location is maybe the best in all Amman... Thank You very much

A good stay, the staff were mostly helpful and friendly, but it didn't quite feel like a 5 star experience. Our check in experience was odd, as the night manager told us we had 'the best room in the hotel', before asking us what room we'd booked and if we'd like to upgrade. Clearly not the best room. Our room was quite tired, food/drink was very expensive and the pool was closed. We mostly enjoyed the stay but would likely try somewhere else in Amman next time.

W hotels are amazingly amazing. Due to our membership status, we get upgraded to larger rooms, and that sets the tone for the rest of our vacation. The location of this hotel is so close to the strip mall and a shopping center across that strip mall. It's the ideal location. The service was amazing as well.

Not up to the usual W standards. Nice hotel but not 5* and worth the price. Extremely friendly staff at the pool, bar, restaurant but the hotel is not very clean and look very outdated. My room wasn’t cleaned (carpet still dirty, previous customer strow paper still laying around…). I complained and they did send someone but this paper has never been removed in the 3 days I was there. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the price.

I stayed at the W Hotel, Amman, for two nights in October 2023. The hotel is excellently located in central Amman, and in close proximity to a local mall, supermarket, and ATMs. The staff at the W Hotel were very friendly, and check-in was quick. The room was also excellent (with a really good shower and comfy bed, along with brilliant views of Amman). I also visited the hotel’s gym during my visit and this was pretty good - most of the equipment seemed new, though it wasn’t in the most spacious area). I ate breakfast at the W Hotel on both days of my stay. Whilst there was a large selection of food, I was slightly disappointed about how hard it was to order a coffee (there seemed to be a lot of staff ‘working’, but not actually doing anything); the restaurant area also seemed relatively cramped, with it being at full occupancy during both days. I separately visited the ‘WET’ bar - this had nice views of Amman, with good service, but again I was slightly disappointed by the prices and the fact that, whilst trying to relax and enjoy a drink, staff were moving a lot of the furniture around me, with minimal regard for noise/disturbance. Again, there seemed to be a lot of people ‘working’ and not actually doing much (only one chap came back to serve me each time, whilst some other staff sat at tables talking); I didn’t utilise the bar for a further drink after this (and could understand why it was fairly quiet). Overall, I really liked the W Amman, and I would stay again, but for the price I’d expect to see a bit more of a slick operation across the hotel (as is the case at other Marriott properties that I have stayed up). A good hotel, but with the execution a little off!

Both my partner and I loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was very nice, the facilities were excellent, staff were always helpful and the service was superb. Great location too with lots of things to do around! The food was very good at their restaurant Enso and room service always delivered well! Definitely will be coming back, highly recommend to everyone!

What can I say about this hotel!!? The minute I walked through those doors, I was immediately impressed--first of all, the design, the decor, the vibe, the music, the ambience --WOW. The staff were incredible in every way possible. Never have I seen such professionalism, such kindness, the helpfulness, the utmost care to everyone that walked through those doors. I quickly felt like I was a part of the W family! The staff took the time to smile, greet and ask about my day, listening to my adventures, my stories and sharing some of theirs. They definitely went above and beyond in giving me a peace of mind with a relaxing stay!

We arrived to the W pretty late from our flight and quite tired. Conceige and reception staff were very welcoming and helpful and made check in super easy and efficient. The hotel is stunning and certainly seems to be one of the high end hotels in Amman based on the amenities and services provided. The Pool/Bar area is amazing and really well designed. Again service is top notch. We did feel however, 6pm to close the pool is a tad early. It would have been nice to have maybe another 1hr given sunset was only around 6/6:30pm during our visit. Breakfast was fantastic, food and variety available was really good and the staff were very attentive. Overall we had a great stay at the W and will certainly be coming back for another visit the next time we are in Amman.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The amenities are great and all the staff is super welcoming and friendly. I did use the jacuzzi, steam room and some common areas. They also have a beautiful version of the Petra Canyon in one of their corridors. The breakfast here is also amazing, so I did recommend any guests to also hire this - the staff here is also very friendly and helpful, all of them are great. I do remember France helping me a lot during breakfast.

Modern clean hotel, cool vibes, good area to walk around with lots of nice restaurants. The prices at the restaurant are very high for Jordan. More than London prices! Paid £92 (80 JOD) for dinner at Enso for 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 glasses of wine and a water). Breakfast is excellent. Paid 17 JOD per person for buffet. Lots of choices for hot and cold food. At breakfast you have almond milk and soya alternatives to non dairy but if you prefer oat milk (which I do) you can grab a mini carton from the bar. I was super happy to have this.

Just as you’d expect the W to be. The level of friendliness, respect, and elegance the people have here are great. Rooms are super clean, and the “ WOW”room, as they call it, was much bigger than I had anticipated. Thank you W

The service and especially the house keeping service is very bad . First , there are no Refrigerators in the rooms , I asked the hotel to fix their broken refrigerators they said all rooms don’t have mini bar since corona ! Un believable I told the hotel that I’m in Jordan for medical care and I need to put my medicine in a cold temperature , they couldn’t help me in that !!! Cleaning room : I stayed for 7 nights I can’t tell you how many time they didn’t clean the room in time while clearly I put the tag to clean the room , then they apologize and apologize!! Thirdly , I put a deposit with the reception when I checked in . Imagine at 10 pm at night the staff knocked on the door asking to pay 16 Jordan dinar for the food we ordered hours ago , because no more deposit ! Imagine at night they came to ask us pay 16 dinar , we paid more than 980 dinar for our stay ,, and those guys think we can’t pay 16 dinars Last thing on the 6 floor where the reception is held you can smell lots of cogérâtes smokes and cigars which is totally unpleasant and unhealthy !! The hotel location is good but the service needs lots of improvement .

People are extra ordinary welcoming. I was late for the breakfast so I decided to skip and to have early lunch ... I was surprised to find room door is knocking and a gentleman is bringing a full breakfast in take away, with coffee and orange juice, cheese, cold cuts, fruits, several croissants. See the photo. Lunch is also amazing. Every dish was appropriately prepared and presented.

Nice hotel! Very trendy. Loved the Siq walk to the elevators. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are trendy and clean, but if you don’t like that typa thing, it’s not for you. Like the bathroom is basically open. There is no clear door separating the bathroom from the bedroom (the shower and toilet had a door but like the sink is open in the bedroom). Nice location. Do visit the Boulevard when staying at W.

At the beginning it was going to be normal I call the hotel to book a room and they tell me I have to come and pay to confirm my booking but when I get there they told me there is no booking but the receptionist call YAZAN ALDBAS he do all he could do to confirm my booking. it should be great experience because it one of the best hotels in Amman and when I get in room it wasn't that clean and the mine fridge it doesn't work but there is a very special person in reception his name is YAZAN ALDBAS he fixed everything also he is very kind always smiling and give you all the attention I need I really appreciate his efforts

The W Amman hotels exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the time to the most from the check in till checking out. The reciption is faster than I could imagine. The room was luxurious and clean and tidy. The bathroom and self-cating products where top notch. The View from the room and outside corridors was unmatched with anything. Difinitly it was the most enjoyable experience in my life. Keeping in mind I visited plenty of 5 stars hotels around the world. You will not meet such a great hospitality and smiles. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a tasty pastries and fresh organic food. The staff were great and helpful especially Dasi and Alexa from the Mesh restaurant. The location is close to the bolivard and the Mall as walking distance.

We had such an incredible stay at the W hotel! We loved every second and we’re so well treated. The staff spoiled us wherever we were (at the pool and spa). Extra thanks to Abdullah A. for your kind welcome and making our stay extra comfortable, and Desi for your sublime service at breakfast! We can’t wait to come another time

The hotel was great, excellent view, very friendly and helpful staff, I would definitely book again but Securing a reservation at the rooftop bar proved to be a challenge, even for hotel guests. It took me two days of effort to finally secure a booking. Upon arrival, I found the venue surprisingly not crowded, with attentive staff and delightful cocktails. However, the experience was marred by the choice of a subpar DJ who played a mismatched selection of 90s and early 2000s pop and hip-hop music that didn't align with the ambiance. Despite my confusion over the necessity of reserving a spot at a bar, I must acknowledge the excellent hotel and staff. Regrettably, I have decided not to revisit the rooftop bar in the future.

I stayed in countless hotels in Jordan over the years, and so far this is the best hotel experience I personally had in Jordan. Let me briefly explain why in bullet points: - Extremely fast check-in and check-out procedure - The hotel did not insist on a security deposit (which I hate about other hotels) - The staff are extremely friendly and well trained - The facilities are extraordinary (the place is literally an art gallery) - Smart solutions and tech-savvy options in the rooms and around the hotel which is awesome. - Generous housekeeping and in-room dining services and food portions - The food is perfect and the room service is extremely fast. - The free wifi speed is perfect even for digital marketers and people working in the media industry. - Probably the best city views in Jordan (all governates) - I asked one of the staff to show me around the hotel (Omar Yousef) -- This guy took his time to show me all the facilities and explain the artwork and the hotel's CSR initiatives; which I deeply appreciate.

This review is about the rooftop club "Wet Deck". The place is gorgeous, however, the one star is for the unprofessional staff, especially the manager who needs a customer service training so he could learn how to deal with customers. We reserved a table a week ago and we received an email that there is no on guarantee which table we'd be sitting, so we arrived early to pick a proper table. For a reason we don't know, we were placed at the worst table next to the toilet with nothing to see, we spoke to the hostess and she was babbling non sense, then we asked for the manager, and he was like this is your only option and talking in a way as if he doesn't care and it was honestly undermining and not logical, and his reasoning was vague. Imagine paying 40JD to sit in a corner, while everyone is paying the same and sitting at proper places. We left actually, and he didn't even to come up with a solution. Would never come to this place again with such staff!

  • 3/5 Sophie C. 7 months ago on Google
the staff was very friendly. However, we expected more from a 5 star hotel. We had already paid a lot of money for our room, but the coffee at the bar was still €6/ cup . I think this is very exaggerated. The floor, walls, infrastructure in general are a bit outdated and could use a renovation. Furthermore, the fitness and swimming pool were very nice.

Very nice experience in Jordan , the worker are very friendly and helpful. I really like the environment and the worker are very helpful special front desk . really recommended .

The room I took had 1 sink (outside the bathroom) which I find very odd. A weird odor was coming out of it, I think there was something with the pipes. Reception wise: not very professional, I didn’t feel welcome at all. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay because of the room structure. However, the breakfast was super nice! And the location is great :)

Worst hotel I've ever seen I made a reservation by phone a week before my arrival, two connected rooms and a single room with an extra bed , I gave them all the information they asked for then I received a confirmation email for the reservation. When I arrived and went to check in, they told me that none of my requests are available, even they had not received any information about my requests, so that it is not possible to add an extra bed, and there is no two connected rooms. they insisted that the mistake was from the person who spoke with me and made the reservation. We tried to accept the situation and try other options, but every time the employee gives us another option, it suddenly becomes unavailable! And Unfortunately, the employee was unhelpful . I was very surprised that a five-star hotel could have something like this happen. Bad service and bad hotel, I would never recommend it.

I did not sleep the night and was very uncomfortable where i was. I was very overwhelmed and booked at the W. Came in very frustrated and i kid you not Joud in the recption just made everything much much much better. This review is a special thanks to Joud for the fast and very welcoming service. He did not care about anything but to make my stay comfortable from the moment i walked in. I highly appreciate this guy!

Excellent property and very convenient to do some activities around the hotel. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Had a very pleasant stay at W Amman. Staff were attentive, nice and friendly, and room amenities were good. Decent breakfast buffet with both local and international options. Valet parking was quick and efficient. Also nice design in the lobby, very on-theme with a hallway which looked like a siq. Just removing one star due to the following: - Our room was looking out on the deck / pool area, and we realised there was club music playing there until midnight. The windows weren’t sound-proof so it’s not great if you want to sleep early - Room light switches were not easy to figure out. It tries to be minimalist with a multi-button panel but it can get confusing - There were single-use toiletries in the bathroom. It would be great if they go with larger dispensers as done in some hotels, which would be more environment-friendly Still enjoyed the stay overall!

Stayed here a few years ago and I loved it. This time around it was a bit too crazy for me. There were a lot of drunk people running around the hotel to the point that I couldn't sleep because the guys on the room next to ours were banging on the walls. All in all it's a very nice hotel, just not my vibe

I am very disappointed with the service at this W. Having stayed at Ws in several different cities, I can honestly say this was the worst service. Despite there being so many people working at reception, they were extremely disorganized and slow. Check in took a very long time and was chaotic. The manager was the least helpful person I have met in Amman. In a city where there are so many great hotels and such good service, this was a big disappointment and I highly suggest going somewhere (anywhere) else!

One of the best hotel stays I ever had. Once you arrive, the hospitality is felt from the crew. The hotel is very ultra modern, it has a lot of amenities and services. Great views and outstanding rooms. They make sure you get a personalized and unforgettable experience. Simply excellent!!! I want to give a shout out to ZARINA in the guest services for being so helpful and nice. By the way, THANK YOU Zarina, Murad and Chef Mustafa for the surprise cake. I will not ever forget that. Great views of the whole city. Good service. Great location . Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet that was delicious with a good variety of traditional and international breakfast food . Everyone who works there was hospitable, helpful, and professional. Everyone spoke english and Arabic. It is a walking distance (3min) from the BOULEVARD, which is like an outdoor mall connected with another indoor mall. You can find there a lot of shops and restaurants and coffee shops. do recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there on my next trip.

Best in Amman 5 star hotel ...simply. all staff talk good English and happy to help you with anything. Rooms r nice ,modern ,light .toilets and bathrooms clean new .always music plays around. I am surrounded here with young happy people....yes I mean staff. About spa and gym ...very small, not mixed .no indoor pool .outdoor almost not there also it's on 7 floor ,always windy and cold. Location is exactly in the middle of best traffic in Amman. But believe me it worth to struggle traffic. Nice places to walk around. Yes walk .yes in jordan.

We loved the breakfast and the staff there was great. We were asked what we wanted and if it wasn't present it was made. The location is close to the mall and down town area. I was very happy with my stay. I wish I could've been there longer.

Among the whole hotels I had visited in my life, W Amman was “by far” the best customer service I have ever received..! Kind, accommodating, punctual, attending, understanding, gentle,……you name it..! All (and I mean it, all) staff including waiters, house keeping staff, front desk,…everyone, were well picked and trained to present the best image a hotel can have…. Also, great location, very clean and highly secured… Thank you W Amman….!

Cool and funky place to stay at whether, business or just fun. Kind and professional staff, amazing rooms with view to Amman city and a lovely pool to sip your favorite cocktail at. Only thing that might upset you is that pool closes at 6pm and they are very strict about it.

Top notch service from everyone in the hotel- the reception, the food service staff, the Away Spa, etc. I felt extremely taken care of and valued throughout the entire stay. Beautiful views of the city, stunning rooms stocked with all the amenities you could need, and plenty to do in the hotel, not to mention The Boulevard across the street.

Excellent location. Central to everything. Amazing breakfast with food and drink take aways. I’ve never seen that before. Breakfast truly has everything!!! I still miss their fresh orange juice. Staff is friendly, attentive and quick to help. Valet parking is included and superb. Room, bed and pillows were comfy. Power plugs are universal with usb option. They give you 4 free water bottles daily, which is great given the heat in Amman. The only thing we didn’t like is that the bathroom is a part of the room so you don’t get privacy. But it’s not that big of a deal. There was also a stain on the carpet. Overall, I loved it here. I would highly recommend and return.

One of the 3 hotels picked by Viking Cruise for our extended trip in Amman. Only stayed overnight since our flight back to Cairo was quite early the next morning, we didn't get the chance to enjoy the facilities including a sit down breakfast, but hotel did provide a "to go" sack consisting of a sandwich, muffin, coffee and juice which was not bad at all. Room was swanky and clean and had good views. Service from check in and check out was great. Staff was always eager to help and quick. Had dinner at Enso and was very pleased with the poke bowl, which we thought was probably one of the best and the chicken curry was great as well. A shout out to Amer who was superb for the excellent service.

This was such an amazing hotel and experience! The building/architecture was beautiful and so modern, with the lobby entrance made to look like the entrance to Petra. The entire staff was so nice and accommodating, including making us a special dinner after overhearing us discussing something we were in the mood for in the lobby. Highly recommend anyone who goes to Jordan stays at this hotel!!

Excellent Stay! The design is phenomenal. I love the room layout with the large rain head shower separate from the toilet room. The desk/island and closet were super usable. We could have stayed here for a week. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent as well. Location is great - you can walk right from the property and the hotel is still conveniently close to the highway. 10/10!!!

Extremely 5 stars from me !🌟 1. Rooms are clean and massive. 2. Staff are friendly and warm welcome. 3. Location is excellent. We also got a warm welcome velvet cake. It was very yummy! Breakfast also includes and lot more choices 👍 The swim pool was closed.
