had
previously
given
this
MedLab
branch
a
5-star
rating
because
of
the
exceptional
service
provided
by
Dr.
Ahmad
Maharmeh.
His
added
value
of
sending
voice
messages
to
patients
after
receiving
results
made
MedLab
stand
out
from
other
labs.
However,
I
am
now
extremely
disappointed
to
learn
that
Dr.
Ahmad
is
no
longer
a
part
of
the
team.
During
my
current
illness,
I
considered
this
MedLab
branch
to
be
a
trusted
medical
reference,
largely
due
to
Dr.
Ahmad's
friendly
and
welcoming
nature,
as
well
as
his
extensive
knowledge.
He
went
above
and
beyond
to
help
me
with
my
tests,
and
I
felt
confident
in
the
services
provided.
Now,
with
Dr.
Ahmad's
departure,
I
feel
like
I
have
lost
a
reliable
and
trustworthy
reference
for
my
healthcare
needs.
MedLab,
you
are
the
real
loser
in
this
situation.
It
is
incredibly
rare
to
find
a
medical
professional
who
combines
professionalism
with
friendliness,
and
Dr.
Ahmad
was
the
epitome
of
that.
I
am
fighting
pain,
and
it
is
disheartening
to
have
to
search
for
a
new
lab
that
can
match
the
level
of
service
I
received
from
Dr.
Ahmad.
I
hope
that
MedLab
takes
this
feedback
seriously
and
considers
reconnecting
with
Dr.
Ahmad.
It
would
be
a
great
loss
for
both
MedLab
and
its
patients
if
he
is
not
part
of
the
team
anymore.
So
disappointed
