The people working here do not know what items they have and what they dont have! They dont know any prices! They make you try something and then when you agree they figure out its not available! I spent about 40 mins trying to get a single contour and a single highlighter of any brand, they managed to find one contour and no highlighter whatsoever!

I bought a 77 JD wallet from here, and it didn’t last for 2 weeks of very normal use. I’m pretty sure it’s not original, I’m never buying anything from this store again.

I had a really bad experience with customer service at the dabouq branch. They are extremely rude even though i was a very loyal customer, do not recommend anyone to go there.
