I
recently
visited
the
KFC
restaurant
in
Zarka,
Jordan,
and
unfortunately,
I
had
a
negative
experience
with
the
night
shift
employees.
On
two
separate
occasions,
despite
the
restaurant
being
empty,
the
employees
told
me
that
my
meal
would
take
25
minutes
to
prepare.
Additionally,
I
observed
that
when
children
asked
for
a
specific
item,
the
employees
told
them
that
it
was
not
available.
While
the
food
at
KFC
is
generally
well-prepared
and
reasonably
priced,
the
negative
experience
with
the
night
shift
employees
was
concerning.
It's
important
for
restaurants
to
provide
good
customer
service
to
all
customers,
regardless
of
their
age
or
other
factors.
It's
not
acceptable
for
employees
to
discriminate
against
customers
based
on
their
age,
as
refusing
to
fulfill
a
customer's
request
simply
because
they
are
a
child
is
unprofessional
and
discriminatory.
I
would
encourage
the
management
of
the
Zarka
branch
to
address
these
issues
with
their
employees
to
ensure
that
all
customers
receive
fair
and
courteous
treatment.
Overall,
I
was
disappointed
with
my
experience
at
the
KFC
Zarka
branch,
and
I
hope
that
the
management
can
take
appropriate
action
to
improve
the
customer
experience.
