I went to this restaurant with my family to try Hindi Food in Jordan. We always eat Hindu food in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE. We couldn’t imagine that we will be having the worst food ever. Moreover, I and my son got sick after eating at this restaurant because of the low quality of food or food maybe expired. However, the quality of the restaurant in general does not deserve more than one star and the price is very expensive.

Very disappointing, used to be good. We ordered from the menu, chicken biryani was visibly old , over cooked and microwaved. Parts were cold other parts were hot. Very unfortunate to see quality drop like this, place has potential if they pay extra attention to the quality of food coming out. On flip side staff was very nice and friendly.

The restaurant is whatever and the food is not the best. Found myself paying too much for Only 2 plates that don’t come with rice apparently. The waiters are only 2, and you are lucky to find them. Staff is friendly and food was prepared fast enough but not enough quality or quantity

Good tasty food with horrible service. Felt like the servers were treating you in a different way based on your race expecially if you are desi looking. Had to call the service couple of times to get the order. Never got the mango lessi which we ordered then when bill came it was there 😔 and requested to remove it which they did though dint ask if we need it rather just told u want this cancelled. Not even bothered to ask in between if we need anything or is all ok. Had to chase twice to get the bill even. If they don't improve the service and way treat every customer equally might have an impact on business.

It's nice indian restaurant that my friend took me over for a nice lunch. They had a buffet with many varieties in food, salads and desserts ( around 6 options in desert, and all are arabic sweets, only one indian sweet I.e gulab jamun, but all the sweet dishes were very tasty). For vegetarian this is not the place as in main course you will only find biryani rice and dal fry to eat. They serve only two starters samosa and chicken lollipop (it was like baby chicken legs😂). In starter not many options. But overall taste of food was amazing. Service is good. Had two different options of biryani, 3 different chicken gravies, kebab, dal fry and two Chinese gravy option. Also some meat options but I did not try it. I would do say one thing as a indian, the hotel names as chapati and serves you naan bread instead in buffet 🤪. It has a nice sitting area and is located in busy street.

Located in Wasfi Tal street. This is my first time going to chapati restaurant. The seating area is spacious and there is also a kids play area. For appetisers we ordered chicken and meat samosa and aloo paratha. The aloo paratha was delicious. As for the samosa, the cheese was too salty. The meat one was average. For the main courses, we ordered chicken tikka masala, butter chicken and coconut chicken along with steamed basmati rice and biryani rice. The butter chicken was delicious but super heavy. The chicken tikka masala was average, disappointing for me. The coconut chicken was superb. The steamed rice was preferred over biryani rice. Overall good experience, recommended 😋

EDIT : i ordered butter chicken and let me tell you that it was the most disgusting thing I have ever tried. the rice smelled weird, the chicken smelled so bad. unfortunately they went downhill these years. Never eating from Chapatti again. Food is always delicious!

Amazing experience with this restuarant and beautiful authentic indian flavours. Butter chicken and chili chicken were the best. I tried their buffet and it was full of flavours. The staff working there were very kind specially the indian guy he made our day with the magic show.

Even after requesting for spicy food, it wasn't up to the mark. The bread was great though. Puri and chapati. Tried the meatball cashew gravy and it was sweet. Chicken starters was good

Not very comfortable seats, service is slow and don't know in general the ingredients of the plates they have on the menu , my mom have food allergies and we asked the server about some plates but he didn't know anything and told is he'll ask and let us know but he did not . Food was good , shawerma was delicious. Prices are reasonable. They have a small kids area They have a smoking and non smoking areas

Really good good but thought the overall balance of the dishes were on the spicy side (where it’s not overly enjoyable). But overall great service, atmosphere and food.

Never thought of having Indian food in Amman; but was invited as a guest with the group. Impressed by how delicious and well-cooked the food was. Just wished they cared a bit more about the smaller details like double checking the cutlery on the table being well-Cleaned. Overall it was really nice.

Don't try the buffet at Khalda branch, the food was cold, tasteless and we all had abdominal pain after eating. It was one of my favourite restaurants the food was always perfect except the last time. I believe direct orders would be better.

You can take either the Open Buffet option or the menu. We took the first and it was a combination of Indian and local dishes. A nice experience to have for the whole family.

Very nice sight view and well arranged setup inside the restaurant. Diverse Indian food . The Chicken is not hot enough it seems removed from freezer because it still moist. The bread ( bory) also needs more attention. The potato is not good enough. The food in general needs more care and attention.

It was honestly amazing and the service was also outstanding. Jalal was really helpful and the manager was also there at the end to ask us about the food and they were very respectful

They put to much sugar in the butter chicken that wallahi it tasted like knafeh, didn't enjoy that dish at all, and the paratha was very oily and didn't have the right texture and tasted okay, samosas were just how the arabic sambosa is done, not that puffy samosa with the right stuffing. But the service was amazing, and liked the atmosphere but needed some extra auditory adjustments.

Really nice place for a tasty good food, a lot of amazing choices and lovely staff. For me i dont have something special there because you just well fall in love with most of there dishes. Thank you for the kind service and the magnificent food that'll let you always wanna try it again and again.

Good Restaurant, Good Food and Reasonable Prices, But on 11/07/2022 I found the quality changed to less quality even the order portion is less. I hope they will go back as before. 28/9/2022 The meal portion still going less. --------------------------------- 02/03/2023 Still Good.

As indian food is taste good , i like it and he serve variant of indian dishes suits all kind of people from vegetarian till meat lovers. I have two notice about them, it’s the difference of the prices between their branches like prices in jubeiha branch is more less than khalda branch. Second thing, they still apply 16% taxes and 8% services on the bell, even the government was clear of reduce the taxes till half and that applied everywhere , when i informed them they said many of people noticed and complain but government representer didn’t asked us to reduce taxes , well i think this a general rule should apply on all places “specially restaurants “. Anyway that’s the reason for give them 3 stars “ different prices from branch to another and taxes case”

Great experience! Loved the masala chicken, butter chicken and coconut chicken! Preferred the bread over the rice tbh, but the rice was with nuts

One of the best Indian food places in Amman. The place is nice for family outing. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable.

We had a great time. They gave us a hard time in the beginning because we were a big group and they were going to separate us. However, we ended up being all together. The service was great and they give you coffee at the end before you leave. We also got a gift for my baby and got greeted by the owner on the way out.

Very nice and welcoming place. The service was great, food was amazing and delicious. The only reason I leave 4 stars is, it took at least an hour to prepare the food and the restaurant was literally empty with very few people inside. Overall it was great experience and we will definitely cbe back.

Love this restaurant, it may have the best Indian food, and the atmosphere let's you feel ur in India
