I wrote a scathing review for this establishment 2 or 3 years ago. Toning it down but keeping the facts. -- We had a 10-ish hour flight delay -- no notifications. Disorganized. Promises were unfulfilled by management. Staff not as friendly. Not a 5-star option, but they will make something happen and, looking back, there was some fun in the chaos and the disorganization. If you like to go with the flow and don't mind surprises and changes of plan, this will suit you. If you'd like a more predictable experience, maybe look elsewhere first. Tour guide in Turkey was nice.

No respect of flight's time so half of the day might be at the airport.

Excellent service and good staff. We got close to closing the agency, the employee spared no effort in helping us with the parts we bought. Very good service, and fast. highly recommend. I will be back for sure.
