Regrettably, the procedure performed by Emad Elmahameed did not go well. The procedure experienced resulted in significant negative effects. The procedure's outcome fell far short of expectations and has had a lasting impact on the quality of life. Based on experience, this doctor "Emad" is not recommended for future eye procedures.

I continue to witness the negative impact this has had on my mother's physical appearance and overall well-being, which is truly disheartening. The outcome of the procedure has led to significant changes in the shape and colour of my mother's eye. Despite seeking assistance from various sources, the lack of available solutions in the country for her condition has only compounded the distress. Given the challenges my mother has encountered, I strongly caution about selecting the right doctor for any future eye procedures. It is essential to prioritize the expertise and consideration of healthcare professionals, particularly when it comes to irreversible consequences such as those my mother now faces. I sincerely hope that others can avoid experiencing similar difficulties by seeking alternative options for their eye care needs. Good hospital...busy on Saturday.. time off waiting around 1.5 hrs.. price $$-$$$ .. but they need to give the account department staff a customer service training the guy I had to deal with is rude and unprofessional.. even if it was a busy day he need to be professional , not a moody person

The worst hospital in Amman. Amateur employees, poor service, very bad, small and crowded patients rooms. Old and ugly waiting areas also if you wanna have a cup of coffee from the cafeteria you'll have to wait more than half an hour due to the poor service and employees, if you have any kind of surgery you'll also have to go up and down so many times to do the tests while using three elevators poorly maintained and one of which is already broken. After all of this what shoked me the most is the arrow they draw on my father's forehead to indicate which eye they are working on before the surgery . I felt like they are treating him like an object not a human being, his doctor should have studied his case and prepared him self and his crew for the surgery without the need of drawing an arrow on his forehead with a sharpe.

A hospital with an emergency department that operates 24 hours, and there is no specialist in it at night! We visited this hospital for an emergency case, and we didn’t find any specialized doctor to treat the child and suture the wound immediately. We were surprised when the Ambulance team called the specialist doctor apologizing for not coming and asking us to postpone the child’s treatment until the next morning! Worst experiences ever

I wonder why the surgeon refuses to check the status of my grandsons - after a week of multiple surgeries they went through - while they are suffering from severe pains in their ears and can not eat!!!
