Yes, if you’re starving this might be an expensive place to eat in. But it is a truly enjoyable experience with minimal food, high quality and creativity. I thought it’s going to be a long fine dining experience but it amused me how quick and exceeded my expectations with their tasty fusions and innovation in food. Highly recommended Note to restaurant: you can’t have this glorious interior and use IKEA photo/painting in front of the entrance ;)

Lovely place and cosy. They have a good selection of Japanese and fusion (with local) food which tastes good. The falafel chocolate dessert is quite interesting!

Probably the best Japanese in Amman, a little bit expensive but the food is worth it. Tempura, Black Cod, Truffle Tartare, Shrimp Tempura,Beef toast are highly recommended🥰

I really love Japanese food and had high hopes for this place - but alas. + the decor is lovely. + some of the dishes were tasty, particularly the fusion dishes - shawarma gyoza, tonkatsu sandwich - tuna tataki and seaweed salad were not fresh (from frozen) - agedashi tofu was average, a bit soggy - It was very strange that they served my companion’s tea with a paper cup from the coffee shop downstairs, when there were clearly tea cups sitting on the bar... also strange that a fancy restaurant would use disposable chopsticks... (this was not a Covid-related issue bc I was served a glass for my sparkling water) Overall: For the high prices, I expected better quality and better tasting food. We came during Ramadan so that might have had an impact on food quality... I would come back to try the cocktails and mayyyybe give the food another shot - I genuinely hope our experience was a fluke since no one else in Amman is even trying to do izayaka.

2.5 Prices are high. Food is average. Micro portions. We liked the Garlic Angus beef, Spicy salmon roll. Chicken Katsudon(with rice and egg) But Chicken Katsu and green miso chicken are not special. Forgot to take photos =/

Service 5 stars, 5 star food but 4 stars for portion size and the price. We tried this place last night. It was pretty empty when we got there around 730 but quickly filled up. The ambience and decor is great. They have a nice bar and great selection of drinks. We had vegetable fried rice, orange chicken thighs and the black cod. Everything is delicious albeit the chicken could’ve used some salt but otherwise excellent. Our favorite dish was the black cod. It was so moist and tender. I also liked the fried rice. It wasn’t too greasy and made well with Japanese rice but I make similar at home all the time. I think they serve tapas style. We were satisfied with the meal but we do think their portions are a bit small. I wish they serve things meal style. Black cod could’ve been served with a side of rice and vegetables. Chicken the same. I much prefer that than ordering things separately. Sparkling water, one beer, and three small dishes came out to about 45JDs. Not terrible but on the expensive side. We had room in our stomachs after the meal. We went to another place for coffee and dessert. We did really appreciate the waiter. He was one guy basically waiting on all the tables. He was still efficient and excellent.

Beautiful ambience, excellent service and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. The Gyoza, Blackened Cod and Mochi ice cream were personal favourites.

It was good to taste many things because it was a small dish. The atmosphere was good and the staff was very kind. But sake was very expensive.

This restaurant has a very good variety of japanese cuisine. We enjoyed maki and several seafood and beef tapas. The Wasabi Lobster roll is really good!

Hands down one of the best sushi places in Amman! The service is always exceptional, and our waiter hasn was super attentive. Overall highly reccomend

Expertly done Japanese cuisine; the Wagyu beef Tartare and Miso Cod are especially amazing. Small portions but each and every bite was a delight. Small but splendid venue with a modern atmosphere - will definitely come back next time in Amman.
