The worst Hospital i have ever been admitted to in my life. There are so many things i could say about the cleanliness, about the staff, even about their terrible food, but I will only talk about the male nurse that i had to deal with cuz he was honestly the worst thing i have ever seen in a hospital. Even the way he looked was obviously a junkie of some sort. He had no idea how to give a basic injection, he didn’t even know how to take my blood pressure until i helped him. I had no idea what on earth made me go to a terrible hospital like that and I don’t think any human should go there for any reason.

Where do I start?? I came here with a friend who was very sick with his stomach on the night of April 20th. The doctor (?) was wearing his own, outdoor jacket (wasn't exactly clean) throughout the entire time. The other person who came to help was similarly dressed. They didn't follow any hygiene protocols - for example when the doctor washed his hands he just casually wiped his wet hands in his trousers. They also didn't wear gloves when putting an IV for my friend. They took blood and stool samples and less than 10 minutes later came back telling us that they've analysed everything and they know his illness. It was the middle of the night so it's highly unlikely any kind of analysis took place especially in 10 minutes. At the end when we were paying they quoted a ridiculous price that quickly went down when we complained. I'd rather avoid this place as I had no trust in the doctor (?) or the nurses, their honesty and level of hygiene.

The worst hospital I have ever visit, poor service and bad staff . The nurse don’t have enough knowledge.

I am Dana Atwi. My father was suffering from the presence of many cysts inside the peritoneal cavity and his condition was difficult. Praise be to God. The operation was successful, thanks to God and thanks to Dar Al Salam Hospital. especially the (surgeon Dr. Ihab Totah and the head of the nursing department on the second floor: Nurse Mohammed Hussein for his efforts)

My mother went there ;terribly sick they gave her a substance similar to panadol and she went home .The next day she was alot worse and had trouble breathing.

My father had a heart attack last week, and we had to do a cath lab procedure for him. all staff and Drs were so professional. The hospital is very clean and tidy. Im writing this because I noticed that someone is placing a fake bad review about the hospital. As a gratitude to the hospital I have to answer about this. All the best for them inshallah.

One of the best hospitals in Jordan

I have just realised the true meaning of what bad treatment is.

I have been transported to this hospital by civil defence after a severe car accident. I have arrived to the hospital ER while I was totally unconscious. The ER staff took good care of me for hours until I woke up. They have offered all the help I needed despite the fact that they had no clue if I could pay my medical invoice; they have acted with a sense of humanity not on a business basis. I also had an outstanding experience with the financial department staff the day after; as the staff were professional, friendly and willing to help. Its amazing how you can experience great things even when you are in a middle of a crisis. Thank you guys for everything!

I had an operation at the hospital, the nursing staff was exceptionally helpful and understanding to my needs specifically Nurse Etaf Alrusan who was in charge of me during my stay. The hospital and my doctor were amazing and the hospital very clean, the food every thing . Thank you so much

This was the most horrible hospital I have ever been to. The service was awful and lacking. This was my worst experience and I highly suggest you don’t come here. In my opinion, even one star is too much.

Came here twice to the ER. Its not a good hospital. Nurses are untrained here. Nurses dont have the necessary skills with needles. Poked right through causing blood to literally squirt out onto floor. A pool of blood. And a horrific brusing for days. All she needed was to do IV. And really sloppy wound dressing too. The nurses dont act professionally. I witnessed them disruptively having a casual conversation and laughing loudly over the head of a female doctor on a serious phonecall. Also, the ER is not cleaned well. I saw what i think is a hardened vomit on a mattress i was asked to sit on.

Excellent social experience, I love helping others

The service was horrible and it was not worth my time. It was awful as not only did it waste my time but also I got a headache after that. That was my first and last time. I recommend not going there.

To be honest this the best hospital in Jordan, Amman, all the staff and nurses and doctors professional and they take care of me and my daughter as well. I will recommend this hospital for all my friends. Thank you Dar al Sallam hospital and thank you Dr.samirah Al romahi. Appreciate your efforts.

What proves my words is that I have a report of a view sample, a report of an x-ray, and a full examination report of the case from Theodore Bilharz Research Institute. I was transferred to Hermar, the oncology department. I went to Hermar and submitted a report and examinations to Dr. Hanan, an abdominal consultant. And she asked me for another analysis. In the second floor, I entered the laboratory. Garbage. Garbage. There is no analysis required of me. Note: The treatment of the nurses is not human. It is like garbage.
