Very nice and excellent place for daily shopping for your needs shop and you can get easy access for your car and for you easy access for special needs people and park for special needs people and their is shopping trolleys for them , and you can get easy helping from the staff in their shop and you can get what you needed simply ,and i liked the decorations for the place,its very nice and cool , you feel that you entered the best place definitely from the decorations for the place its really nice ........

Clean and well organized, cashiers need improvement, too slow compared to other Carrefours in other malls

Customer service is worst. Nobody cares for the sales oriented reports. This is the second time I am getting fake perfumes from a reputed hypermarket like Carrefour. I purchased Addidas brand which turned out to be fake with no essense in it. Once billed i tried it in the counter itself because the previous purchase disappointed me. And this also the same with only preservative in the bottle. I asked for a replace but they simply revised the bill without the perfume. Total disgrace from Carrefour.

the new Souq has Carrefour hypermarket on ground floor , there are several small expositions shops on the Left side offering a collection of local products , other shops and brands are located on first and second floors , the top floor has food court with several restaurants and there is a kids playing area outside the food court , also there are dedicated pay places for kids on the ground floor . with more kids playing places to be opened soon.
