I
went
to
Karmalite
in
the
beginning
of
January
to
get
a
hydra
facial
treatment
with
a
technician
I
have
seen
on
instagram
and
she
had
good
reviews.
When
I
got
to
the
place
I
was
approached
by
a
technician
who
claimed
that
she
was
the
person
I
originally
booked
with
but
she
wasn’t.
This
technician
had
a
cold
and
was
not
wearing
a
mask.
I
went
to
get
the
hydra
facial
treatment
as
I
suffered
from
mask
acne
because
of
covid.
When
we
started
doing
the
treatment
she
kept
sniffing
and
sneezing
and
she
claimed
it
was
an
“allery”
in
January
(
please
correct
my
science
if
I
am
wrong
but
allergy
season
starts
in
April/May)
I
was
fine
with
that
because
I
really
just
wanted
to
treat
my
mask
acne
because
I
never
suffered
from
acne
or
any
scarring
EVER.
This
technician
popped
my
pimples
and
I
was
bleeding,
I
was
still
bleeding
even
after
our
session.
Till
this
day
I
have
3
scars
on
my
face
because
of
her
and
I
was
going
on
a
12
hour
flight
which
I
quarantined
and
did
not
see
anyone
for
5
days
except
for
her.
I
got
a
cold
from
her
and
I
still
have
the
scars
on
my
face
and
mind
you
I
never
suffered
from
acne
before.
I
have
learned
my
lesson
and
I
am
never
going
back
for
a
facial
with
who
ever.
As
for
their
laser
treatments,
I
have
personally
tried
them
and
I
would
100%
go
back,
they
are
very
effective
.
Update:
I
would
like
to
thank
their
pharmacist
and
acting
manager
as
they
were
wonderful
and
were
very
helpful
with
providing
solutions
and
treatments
to
treat
my
scars.
