I wait for 1 hour in line for check in. It happened as the previous queue need a sea view room and they don’t have that. The argument went on and on for almost 40 mins.!!! Bare in mind that sea view rooms are very limited at this hotel. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. Sand on the floor, the pillow cases are all wrinkle like they didn’t change to the new one. Very disappointed.

After purchasing a wristband to access both the Crown Plaza lunch buffet (subar, everything was bland & “Americanized”) & their beach access, I really enjoyed my experience at their beach the most! There was a hut by the beach that gave us complimentary beach towels. There were plenty of beach chairs & an area of 3-4 mud pots to apply mud on your body. There was also multiple washing stations to wash off the Dead Sea water+mud+sand! Everyone around us were friendly & it felt safe.

The Crowne Plaza beach offers a beautiful view of the Dead Sea, but the chilly water temperatures can be a bit of a shock to the system. Additionally, the atmosphere of the beach can be hit or miss depending on the day. Some days, the beach is quiet and peaceful, while other days it can be quite crowded. One thing to note is that the guards at the beach can be quite strict about swimming in the Dead Sea. While it may be tempting to take a dip in the salty water, it's important to heed their warnings and follow their instructions to ensure your safety. Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing day at the beach with a stunning view of the Dead Sea, the Crowne Plaza beach is definitely worth a visit. Just be prepared for the chilly water temperatures and potentially crowded atmosphere, and make sure to listen to the guards' instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Great place, great service and stuff, with a very good restaurant and a wonderful beach. I recommend whoever visits dead sea to stay at crown plaza.

Clean, well maintained beach. Safeguards and assistance always on hand. Lot of mud and floating! Faris from the Hotel helped us with some complications we had with our entry. Very helpful!

Large beach with all the amenities such as chairs, towels, and showers. Quite step and a ways away but at least they have a little ramp to help you get in. A lot of sharp rocks in the water.

Nothing to complain 😊 I stay around 250 days per year in several hotels and resorts in Europe , Asia and USA . This is one of the bests i ever experienced . For day trips and overnight stays . Why ? Jordanian hospitality at its best 😊 - very clean and hygienic ( most important this days ) - very well managed with smiling staff - safe everywhere - big clean pools and access to the natural beach with mud - every wish or question got very well answered with a smile - friendly competent staff who gives you the feeling your welcome and they love to work here - rooms are comfortable and close to the beach , pool , restaurants , but still far away enough that you got not disturbed at all - lunch buffee with very clean and fresh food till 3 pm 👍 - beach has always access to fresh water in the likely case you get salt water in your eyes - lifeguards doing even extra work with a smile for you …… - great location , not far from the airport and easy flights with great local airlines to Saudia , Egypt , Aquaba , Turkey…. - impressing view over the sea - air-conditioned elevator to the beach 🏖

Steep beach and quite small compared to the huge hotel complex. Sunset views are amazing.

It's really awesome you can see the beach and Jerusalem from the balcony. Good service, not so expensive. Definitely a place you must be.

More of a 4 star resort than a 5 star one. Cool beach front and pool bar. Decent service. Surprised to see quite a few jar heads though.

Huge place with big pool, could find much wrong with this place apart from location. There is not much around the resort within walking distance, so your locked it using there restaurants etc. 50-60 JD a couple. There is a mall 20min walk but we spent the same at the Irish pub there for dinner. Has its own private beach with mud pool.

Day use experience: Good buffet for lunch, adult pool has a great view towards the sea. DJ mixes up great pop and Latin hits. Decent clean facilities.

👍 dead sea : famous for so many things like dead sea mud , on the beach there is salt and you can float on the dead sea. when we visited this place all the free beaches is closed due to that we selected Amman beach resort , lil bit expensive but if we compare to others resorts its cheap in price.

👍 The beach is only accessible via the hotel. Whilst the beach is free and a public beach the hotel charges you to use their changing rooms. You can also hire a locker and towel from them. The Dead Sea is everything I imagined and an amazing experience. As the beach is rock beach it does hurt your fe...

😠 DO NOT GO HERE!!! They charge 20JOD/ person and the beach is literally COVERED in trash and cigarette butts, the chairs are filthy and falling apart. We paid, walked down to the beach and discussed what to do as we came here to be at the beach. Walked back up to ask for our money back so we could go...

😐 The hotel is very nice, probably too big but still very nice. The pools are amazing and the view is breathtaking when the fog isn't too dense. Unfortunately the rooms aren't as nice as they should bee, I mean that their style is dated. They would probably need some renovation. Furthermore the locati...
