WE
were
in
Ajloun
and
friend
suggested
stopping
by.
It's
a
beautiful
bed
and
breakfast
establishment.
We
wanted
to
eat;
but
my
criticism
comes
from
having
to
wait
2
hours
minimum
if
we
want
to
order
something.
so
we
just
ordered
2
orange
juices
and
one
lemon
mint.
It
took
30
minutes
to
make
drinks.
That's
bad
for
tourists.
I
don't
understand
why.
Having
said
that;
the
view
is
great,
the
staff
are
friendly
and
the
it's
a
very
relaxing
place.
BUT
I'm
not
waiting
2
hours
to
order
something.
ALSO;
why
give
me
a
menu
if
you
can't
make
75%
of
it
right
now!?
IT'S
a
flaw
in
the
business
model.
I
suggest
for
the
owner
(s)
to
work
on
that.
My
lemon
mint
was
so
deciduous,
I
finished
it
in
45
second.
SO
did
my
brother
and
our
friend;
they
finished
their
O.J.
very
quickly
then
we
left.
Coming
from
working
in
UP-SCALE
dining
in
the
U.S.
for
26
years;
I
always
see
this
problem
in
Jordan.
Service
issues.
You
are
losing
business.
FOOD
and
DRINKS
are
always
extremely
delicious
anywhere
I've
been
in
Jordan.
But
work
on
the
structure
of
running
your
business.
AND
work
on
training
staff
for
more
elegant
service
for
expensive
places.
People
pay
for
service
not
for
food
in
pricy
hospitality
venues.
That
concept
is
lacking
in
Jordan.
Just
an
advice
from
an
outsider.
You
could
generate
much
more
profit.
