This place is perfect for hanging out with your friends and families. The serene nature is its abode, away from the hustle of daily life. Almost 1 km away from the main parking area and the narrow road can be accessed with 4 wheelers. But I will be suggesting to walk the entire 1 km stretch of road from parking to waterfall and you'll be greeted with several streams flowing across the road. There won't be any restroom or normal store on the way to the waterfall. The place is packed tight with people on holidays. So come early before noon if y'all want to enjoy the scenic beauty of this place.

I enjoy visiting this waterfall. To reach the waterfall we have to walk some distance and climbing steps. The waterfall lies in the high valley. The waterfall is not very big and tall, but, we can go near to it and enjoy the water vapour. The water is fresh, clean and pure, we can dip ourselves in the river made by the waterfall. Apart from the waterfall, the river itself is enjoyable. The water current is not very strong. Another wonderful thing is the big rocks inside the river. We can climb on them, and we have refreshment on it. The stones in the river are precious.

This is a good visit waterfall. It's is Assam in Bokakhat district. Since there have been multiple deaths before, so measures are being finally taken for safety concerns of visitors. Earlier it wasn't possible to take your car near the waterfall. And it was in a way a trek to cross multiple small ponds to reach the waterfall. But now one can finally take your car very near to the area approaching the waterfall & park. Preferable timing to go is late morning or early afternoon. Tip:- Don't go in the late evening there. It's not a safe place during that time. There is no cctv for your safety, nor you would see any guards or security anywhere. So!

A lovely waterfall in the middle of a dense forest. I recommend visiting this location on non-holiday days. During the holidays, there are more visitors. A great destination for families with children.

Kakochang Waterfalls is the best and cool place to visit. Many people come here to see the beauty and to feel the freshness of the water. The best part is to go to the base of the waterfall where a natural pool is found. Very cool place.

Kakochang waterfall is very beautiful place in Bokaghat Assam. Our experience cannot be described in words but i do want to share something. There is a parking space for vehicles near the entrance gate. The trek was very Awesome with full on fun with my friends ☺️. The government of Assam has invested a very good amount to develop this tourist destination. The surrounding is very green and the water is crystal clear. please take a break and do visit this beautiful place with your loved once

Kakochang Waterfall also known as Kaipholangso waterfall in karbi anglong district is a beautiful waterfall close to Naharjan Gaon village. It is one of the best waterfalls in Assam. Also, it is among the best places to visit nearΒ kaziranga national park . This gushing waterfall is an epic amidst thick tea plantations. It pours down from a height of about 40 m into a crystal clear pool. One can have a fresh plunge in the cool waters and relax by the pool. The surrounding tea plantations offer a perfect view from the Kakochang Waterfalls. 100 rupees charged per vehicle for the entry. One can enjoy local organic pineapple inside the premises.

It is an amazing place to spend time with family and friends, it has entry fees for the public and is free for defence personnel, after that a lot of small water ways then a ramp named skywalk and then an amazing view, it is best for photography purpose but it has pond which is kind of small for bigger crowd, there is a view point above the mountain, picnic spot. Bring water with you, cars can go only at the entry point, after that 2km on foot, 4x4 vehicles can go up to the skywalk directly decreasing distance to 300m.

Amazing water falls. It is locally known as kaipholangsho water falls and is located about 13-14 kms from bokakhat town. You have to pay Rs 100 at the gate for a single car . Its about a 700-800 m walk from the gate..but now they have introduced jeep safari service costing Rs 100 per person. Its a amazing walk amidst nature alongwith bridges. They have provided a platform to walk approximately 100 meters and then you can have the majestic view of the kakochang waterfalls..worth seeing ..

Awesome waterfall and nice picnic spot to spend time with friends and family. It's really worth to climb all the way to top. Small waterflows in between during the climb and it's chill water adds to all the fun. A must visit place if you go to kaziranga.
