This railway station is one of oldest railway station of that area which carries the sign itself. Now a days it was equipped with modern technology along with its new look with the help of the ministry of railways aided by the govt of India .

It should be converted into a junction since it remains very busy and spreads over very large area. It has proper lighting facility and also has rest rooms for the passengers. The two overbridges serves their best...👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😍😍😍😍

This is a small recreational centre located in the railway colony, just adjacent to platform number one. In the front of this centre there is a small field also. In the morning, many people of different age groups from the locality comes here to do physical exercises for sometime. The north frontier railway staffs at their leisure time meet together at this centre and plays cards, carom and participate in various discussions. Sometime they perform yoga and physical exercises also. This centre is located just behind the station. This place is not so cozy. Overall the place is good and clean with lush green trees all around.

It's more attractive and hygienic in terms of passengers waiting hall etc. Elevator is also available for old age passengers. Awesome
