The experience of staying in this hotel was good. I stayed there for several nights. I can say that it is a good hotel. The staff is nice and you can feel safe during your stay. I lost my passport in the restaurant and the next day it was found at the reception. Note: The quality of food could be better.

It was a very nice place to stay in during my short time in Juba, comfy, luxurious rooms, and friendly staff, and its location is not far from the airport.

I went to imperial plaza for Sunday lunch. Food was good. They have many varieties of food and drinks. The service is buffet style, drinks are per order. Waiters and chef/ cook team are friendly. They take time to introduce themselves to customers and get to know people. I love it here
