Very good hotel, service excellent, food excellent. Nice roof pub, and nice garden. Only thing to do better is the breakfast. Very boring, especially about bread, butter, marmalade, fruit. But very nice!

Some colleagues and I stayed in this hotel last week for a work event. The entire staff at Palm Africa were so kind, accommodating, and professional during our entire stay. The menu at their restaurant was also excellent, I recommend the Tegamino from the Ethiopian menu, but everything we had was wonderful. I really can't say enough about how welcome they made us feel. I look forward to returning for a work event in the future.

I stayed at Palm Africa Hotel 2 times last year. I had a nice experience there. It is one of the best hotels in Juba which combines quality and affordability if compared with other hotels in the City. It has clean rooms, well functioning AC, speedy wifi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers quite a variety of food choice for breakfast. It has a number of meeting rooms. So my employer has been convening it's meetings in that hotel.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel! Not only was it clean and quiet, but the staff were wonderful. The food was delicious as well (i.e. buffet and room service meals). I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The only downfall was that hot water was not always readily available when showering, but that was to be expected I suppose.

Great hotel. Clean, good service and food. The wifi is quite brutal though. I had better internet in rural hotels in this country.

This place honestly needs a revamp. Their food was horrible. I only tried their breakfast on the first day and after that, I never tried their food. The bathrooms are not great either. They are those kinds where you take a shower and your toilet seat is getting wet too! I mean, the outside looks way better than the inside. The room were not comfortable at all! The TV in my room was not clear either. I don't know if it was the signal 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ These guys are actually lucky they have multiple conference rooms otherwise, we wouldn't have stayed longer!

The hotel is big and sitauated in a nice location. I was there for a conference and the internet was awful. I think food they serve could be better too.
