Such a worst experience, we just wasted 10k, they are just thugs, pta nahi inke staff ne galat eye check up kiya ya phr inke pas machine kharab hai. Even their customer support service is worst, they kept telling me that they will get back to me but they never called me, I was the person who always called them. Better go for Titan Eye Plus or Reliance Vision

Happy with the service. Free eye check up available. Staffs are friendly. As per the staffs, 12 steps eye check up is available which is probably detects the power in best possible way. I was helped by Sudhanshu Ganguly, happy with the overall experience. Lots of options available to choose from.

Your delivery team's behavior is superb. However, during my shopping experience, the staff was not very supportive. They seemed confused when providing updates on offers, leading to a significant loss in my selection of the second pair of spectacles. While the first pair is fine, the second one wasn't suitable, and I became confused during the selection due to the staff's uncertainty.

Although the service was good but when I asked for a particular model, they gave me another model and tried to sell 3700Rs deal in 7200. When I asked them to add to my cart so I can purchase after consideration they tried to usher me out of store saying it is closing time.
