Big Bazaar has a very limited stocks left or no stocks if you are going for grocery and household items. Clothes collections are also not that good. There no offers on a single food items. Not recommended at all for grocery shopping.

2nd big bazaar of Jamshedpur 1st was near national highway at mango outside of city but this is on the heart of city. Good collection of clothing👗👚👖 vegetables 🥦🥕🌽 cosmetics, kitchenware. Having multilevel parking zone, must try once

Crowded place. Little space compared with dimna road big bazaar. Any how , you can get almost all items specially in grocery. Billing department guys need to be more educated.they are unaware of redemption of coupon. Overall it is good place for shopping 🛒. If you came here thanYour shopping needs did not completed here when ever you will not come in Reliance Smart Bazzar ( Earlier known as Big Bazzar). Now this smart bazazar is a hypermarket Where all the item we can buy in one stop shopping.

Great ! Fantastic place to visit with friends and family. Lovely for shopping, dinning out. You will enjoy while roaming in the mall. Great open space and nice view. You can enjoy movie in Cinepolis. Food court is really gem, great for shopping. Mall Ka paid parking. Don't park outside,they will also charge you.

The only mall in Jamshedpur city with top class facilities and shopping centres , PJP cinepolis gives us great experience , loved it 🌟.. Most un-SMART bazaar where the managers of the store have least value for customer's time. You will hardly find any staff to assist you with your queries for finding articles and on top of that it's a living hell for you to get your billing done. 50% of their billlers are absent on highest/most crowded days like national holidays and weekends. It took me 45 min of waiting in the queue to reach the billing counter and then I realised that after my selected articles are scanned for billing I've to pack my own articles as there are no staff to assist the biller with packing of billed articles. Worst place to shop.

I visited this mall all things, products and environment is good but in big bazar their staff behaviour is not so well they can't help to find the things which we want it's my small request to owner plz gives us good customer service.

Now its no more exists. My balance on BB profit card vanished. It is replaced by Smart Bazaar, its worst. Few people roaming, may be come for first time. Almost Zero buyer now. If your neighbourhood shop sells something with rs 50/- discount Smart Bazaar sells with 10/- discount. Are you interested ?

This mall is located at Outer Circle Road in Bistupur. P&M Hi-Tech City Centre Mall is one of the largest shopping in eastern India. The Mall is built by the famous movie director Prakash Jha and RK Aggarwal. The mall houses many big brand stores and restaurant chains. The staff at entrance was following the sanitizing procedures and educating the visitors. We reached here after 9pm for having food at 3rd floor food court. Most of the stores were closed, so we reached straight to food court for dinner. We ordered food on several counters to have variety. We clicked lots of pictures inside and outside of the mall.

Very bad .... no one is ready to work after 7:30 pm . Only 3 counters are open to cater such long que....... All the paper bags are of very very poor quality ... all the paper bags were torn ......

Favourite one stop destination for me. You get all what you want ....from food court to play zone to shopping your favorite

The one and only proper mall in Jamshedpur.. and it's hugeee... It's infrastructure is so attractive.. it consists of many brands such as Addidas, Pantaloons, etc. The top most floor is FOOD COURT which consists of too many varieties such as Chinese, South Indian, Domino's, Kfc, CCD ,etc.

One of its own in main market of Bistupur & a proper destination for all the people of the city. Especially for Sakchi, Bistupur, Adityapur etc reasons. As the first one Eylex mall was bit out area of the city & not much to enjoy there. But his mall will provide lot better experience.

Good place to go in Jamshedpur, easy location, I never faced any issues with parking space. In Pantaloons trials not allowed yet(06/11/2021) due to COVID guidelines. Staff everywhere were well mannered. U can have nice food too. On a off day you can spend quality time there being a couple or a family.

It's a quite decent mall with some good brands, however there should be more shopping options. The food court offers many cuisines but doesn't serve quality and isn't worth your money.

Better collection than Mango unit but billing time is quite high due to large customer and poor deployment of manpower at cash counter

Wish I could have given 0 stars. The employees here are highly untrained and they seem to be least interested to serve customers. At the billing counter when I went with a piece of cloth I was interested to buy they told me that there is no barcode and I am suppose to go and find it . seriously, you are keeping items in your shop without a barcode and expecting me to go and find it . I had to return without making any purchase. Train your staff or else you will loose more customers
