The mall is nice and has some good stores. Unfortunately either the management or the security are misinformed or are using methods to get money from people. The Egyptian authorities issued a decree that masks are no longer required in Egypt. Yet the security is sitting at the door saying you can not go in if pay for a mask and then don't use it if you wish. So hence someone is making money off this rule not for peoples safety so what is it for???

Very nice mall which is not very crowded. It doesn't have all the brands you should check if you're looking for something specific as it's not CFC or Mall of Arabia. Though, it has the best skating area in a mall or can I say in Egypt!! You really should try.

Harsh 3-star rating for a technology mall that was crowned as one of the best only a couple of years ago. Yet, it has fallen out of grace, losing its ranking due to cheap imitation goods, overcharge on services, dishonest fixes, crowded stores, disrespectful attitudes (plural intended) from staff, including security, dirt and dust, unhygienic restrooms, and the list could extend. Painful to see a mamooth place, located in a very central point, become popular bordering on vulgar. The best judge on the 3-star rating would be those who have known this mall in its glorious past.
