This is truly the perfect hotel either for leisure or business. The staff are exceptional. Extremely friendly, kind and attentive. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great mattress and pillows making for an excellent night’s sleep. The hotel has the perfect location directly on the marina, and not too far from many attractions. Breakfast buffet is extensive with a wide choice of items. Great views from the rooms, restaurants, and bars. Will definitely stay at the hotel again on my next visit to Dubai.

I loved every minute of my stay from the time of check in to check out. The staff was exceptional, friendly and always willing to accommodate. Amazing location, amazing service and amazing staff. In the gym trainer Mohamed and chef RUKSHAN We stayed there 4 nights , I felt like I was home. No interference at all. Location is awesome, you are near to every place. Excess to trams and metro . Lot of restaurants around, lot of near by place to visit. Beach is just walking distance. Visited crown plaza and was blown away by the hospitality they offered. Have stayed in all the reputed hotels across the world including other crown plazas but crown plaza Marina was certainly a notch above the rest. The property is certainly exceptional and you don’t really have to move out of the hotel. Special mention to Mr.Umesh who looked after us during our stay, Team housekeeping did an amazing job made sure our room is serviced on timely manner , secondly our room was beautifully decorated for our anniversary upon a single request. Such small gesture definitely made my stay an amazing one. Once again kudos to housekeeping team 😊😊

I loved everything about the hotel. Its location is special and easy and the view is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and the service is excellent, especially at breakfast. Excellent experience in a City View Club room on 21st floor. Room was well appointed, quiet and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. Everything worked as expected. Slightly disappointed that there was no Nespresso type coffee maker in the room. The Club Lounge is very comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Marcela and Christle were especially helpful.

The hotel staff are really friendly, responsive, cheerful and cooperative. It is a very nice hotel for solo travelers, couples and families as well. The breakfast is really great, fresh and well prepared. The restaurant has an awesome view on the marina. The reception team had offered me and my wife a complimentary nice cake and balloons for my wife's birthday, and also another on our marriage anniversary day. I really appreciate their care and nice hospitality.

My wife and I loved the location of the hotel as it was very easy to get to any of our destinations. Our room was very nice, and the customer service was first class. Swaraj Vichare greeted us when we first arrived at the hotel, answering anything and all questions we may have had. Every day he checked in to see how our experience at the hotel was like. He would offered recommendations of places to visit/see, and when we returned he was genuinely curious of how our day went. For the rest of the hotel staff, everyone was beyond pleasant. My stay here was quite cosy and comfortable. Great location. There is a direct access onto the marina from the hotel. Quite a few restaurants nearby. Dubai Marina Mall is almost next door. The rooms are decently sized and well stocked. The only negative is their service during breakfast, which is absolutely below par. The staff can take a few lessons in courtesy.

Hotel location is also very good - a walking distance from the beach and metro station, 1 minutes of walk to Marina Mall.

My company has a training event at the hotel. It was awesome! Very comfort conference room, well equipped and with a lot of day light! The coffee breaks and lunch were great with a variety of treats for all tastes. Personal was very welcoming and helping. I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel was great. It is located right beside the Marina Mall and is located in the Marina. We came at the end of June 2023 and it was already getting very hot, but if you get out before 9 am you can go for a walk in the Marina. There is a grocery store close by that has dates for a good deal if you want to bring them back with you. The service was great and everyone is very polite. The rooms are very clean. We got the Marina View premium room and it was worth it, because the view was great. We got breakfast and dinner or lunch included and the for is very good. There is a large selection of food for breakfast and lunch or dinner are ordered from the Half-Board menu and it is a three course meal. The food was excellent. I would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Dubai Marina for seven nights. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, the metro station and many restaurants and Marina Mall. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a great view of the marina. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. It was the perfect place to stay for a week of fun and relaxation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Dubai.

Stayed for 7 nights on a business trip on my own. Located in the Marina, right next to Pier 7 and the Marina mall. Traffic getting to and out of the hotel is a nightmare at times, really busy area. Nice welcome from the reception, acknowledged IHG member. Had a junior suite, the room was really nice as you will see from pictures and video, only down side is they only have junior suites at back end of the hotel so view from balcony is impaired, would be much nicer to have the front side where you can see all of the marina. Breakfast is great, sitting outside with a view of the marina and excellent options. The chef does a special daily, worth looking out for. Valets for car are great here, quick, no fuss and always friendly anytime of day and night. Unfortunately, didn’t get a chance to get to the pool so no review or pictures of that.

Great stay, beautiful location. Incredibly Clean and friendly staff. We stayed for three nights and particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Slight variations every day on the menu was appreciated. Kiju and Daniel at breakfast service were very tentative and made sure we had a pleasant experience. Would stay again.

Perfect hotel with perfect services. The room was large enough for 2 adults and one child, beautiful, clean and well furnished. Nice staff who took good care of us and immediately fulfilled our wishes (for example, extra bed for a child for free, breakfast in the middle of the night on departure). Hotel facilities are more than adequate (swimming pool, gym, massages, laundry, restaurant, 24/7 reception, parking - just everything ...). Great working Wifi throughout the hotel (and a few dozen meters from it). I would especially like to thank the "breakfast team" who took good care of us every morning - namely Kiah and Valeria - although thanks also go to the chefs and others whose names I unfortunately did not find out. Thanks to this hotel, our holiday was a truly beautiful experience!

Exceptional service! They treated us very well! We asked for a couple of bottles of extra water and by the time we got to the room, there were 9 bottles waiting for us already! The hotel is clean. The breakfast is delicious with many different items to choose from. Beautiful location! We loved it and would definitely stay there again in the future.

This review is not for staying in the hotel since i didnt. However its for this guy who works as a concierge his name is Ahmad Zeidan he is really a gentle and genuine person who helped me when i was lost and asked for direction to the thai restaurant last Tuesday his way of speaking and attitude tells that he is one of akind and even if i wasnt a gest but his attitude make me recommend this hotel to my friends hoping that the other staff members will be like him. Thank you ahmad for showing us that decent people still exist.

Location is beside Dubai Marina Mall and Pier 7 - it is also located near the metro station, so this hotel is very accessible. The services were great. We rented a meeting room for a day and their rates were so cheap. The food was so plentiful and delicious. Tamjid has assisted us all throughout our stay. We’re thinking of booking again in a month’s time. You really get your money’s worth.

When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist asked us what price we could offer her for an upgrade of the room. We were a bit confused because we didn’t ask for the upgrade, also, it was one of the guest’s birthday so we thought the receptionist could offer it for free since they had rooms available that day and even mentioned about it out of blue but she didn’t. Then they gave us the keys and didn’t offer any help, like didn’t even give the information on how to reach our level… so it made us feel left out. The room met our expectations, looked like in the picture, was cleaned well. Props to the customer (cleaning) service staff they provided us everything we asked for and even made cute little surprise with balloons and cake in our room when we left for a walk. My compliments to the restaurant staff, food and service were great, customer service made us another surprise with cake during dinner. We stayed in the hotel during Ramadan and it was mostly Arab cuisine and we were happy about it. Gym is small but nice and have everything you need for the workout. Spa was also nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Clean and nice hotel, great location and excellent service. Food at Charm Thai restaurant was out of the world - very authentic Thai food. Lo-Cale restaurant had a decent selection for breakfast. Afruza at the restaurant was fry courteous and service centric. The team at the day’s special section are doing a brilliant job. The room service team are amazing and very thorough. Very happy with my stay.

This hotel has pleasantly surprised me and as a result I will now focus on my IHG Rewards again as the value for money is much better than a lot of the competition. Had an adversely poor customer experience with the front office staff. Ekaterina displayed lack of absolutely empathy when I requested a valet parking as I had a meeting over coffee in this hotel on 1st Aug'23. I had to spend more than double on absolutely unnecessary dessert as Ekaterina refused to make an exception (this inspite of me being a IHG rewards member). Wish the staff were trained on the larger picture and customer experience.
