I didn't have to wait long before I was seen. Most of the staff was polite. But they try to get you out of there as fast as possible. Before I could let the physician know about anything else that was troubling me, she was telling me "goodbye we will call you with your results." It didn't feel like health care at all. It felt like "Okay, now that we have your payment, we need you to leave." I had other questions and I was cut off, and the physician left. I guess that I should study medicine and treat myself.

I had a really positive experience during my recent doctor visit. The doctor was attentive, listened to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. They took their time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the examination. Overall, it was a reassuring and informative appointment.

This clinic has the best wait times. I do miss Rita Hollingsworth, but the new NPs are always great. The nurses are all sweet too!

Beth is awesome. She is very informative and breaks things down in terms the normal person can understand. Another positive is you don’t have to wait forever and a year to be seen. She gets you in and out in a timely manner.

Dr. Roberson and the Staff is friendly. They Treat you with respect and caring for your health needs.

All was good. It did take a while to see me and it wasn't crowded at all. They saw a patient, then let them go, then called next.

There is a reason the parking lot is always empty. This place is a bad joke. They are not interested in helping people, they want you to have multiple visits so they can charge more to insurance. If you want to jump through hoops for your maintenance medication then this place is for you. I'm not talking about narcotics either but about blood pressure and cholesterol meds that I've been on since 2009. Pick somewhere else unless you want red tape.

Mrs Roberson was great, nurse was great, wait time was only a few minutes.

Elizabeth and staff are wonderful! I have been looking for a while to find the right fit. I have been seeing her for about 9 months. Even my husband is willing to go as long as we see her. She has been a God send!!! Love her!

The staff was awesome. This was my first time at that particular clinic, they called me back before I even completed my paperwork. I was in and out in about 30 min.

Staff was very professional and friendly. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and friendly. Clinic was very clean and organized.
