Food was good. Little pricey but good. I got takeout, took a while to get the food out. They may have been short staffed, not sure. Very friendly workers

This location is not popular like it used to be. I’m not sure why. We came and did the 2 entrees for $30. We had the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp and then also Bourbon Steak and Shrimp and it was really good. We were surprised how good it all was.

This place blew us away. We came in right a a nightmare costumer was ramping up. This customer never stopped talking, even when eating (just covered her mouth). We were amazed at waiter Tristan being calm and nice the whole time, and getting amazing manager Tori. Literally every bite was the worst thing this lady had ever eaten. We had to move because this nightmare lady was so loud. Even seemed to make up some bogus story at the end that wasn't true. Manager tori was so nice. After the last left we chatted with Tristan and tori and told them how much we admired them handling that monster. Our service was great and the burger very surprised me on how perfectly it was cooked. Very fun story to tell about how the wait staff handled the actual monster lady from the movie Waiting. Unfortunately I don't think they added any garlic salt to her food (I definitely would have). Top notch. We will return.

A few days ago, my wife and I decided to get a late lunch at Applebee’s. It was around 2:30 PM. There were 2 or 3 other tables seated at the time and the hostess took us to a booth in the bar. The table was dirty , so I asked if she could please clean it. She attempted to “clean” the table with a handful of dry napkins, all wadded up-that didn’t work. Eventually, someone came and sprayed it off and cleaned it properly, without cleaning the seats or picking up the trash under the booth. The hostess brought the waters we asked for and then we sat there for 10 more minutes. During that time, NO ONE asked if we were ready to order and in fact, the hostess and bartender both disappeared. We saw one waitress at another table and that was it. Also, their phone rang incessantly for much of that 10 minutes and NO ONE answered it. They received at least 3 separate calls. After all this , we just looked at each other , got up and walked out without ordering. It is obvious to us that this location has some really serious customer service issues. We will never go back.

The only employee doing anything was the bartender. He seated us, took the order, brought our food, while he was seating everyone else taking care of them and taking care of the bar. 4 employees kept walking in and out of kitchen not helping. Seeing a cocktail roach didn't help. Won't be back.

Applebee's isn't what it used to be. The atmosphere is depressing. Quiet and not very crowded. It feels as if it's about to shut down. The smell inside is a little off-putting. The surfaces feel a little nasty. The food was okay but after we left my stomach hurt for the rest of the night. My kids were fine though. We never got offered refills or checked on at all after food arrived until receiving the check. No alcohol I served any more. Maybe that's why it was so empty. I won't be going back.

Today Jan 18th, we walk in. Super dead inside. We look around and see the employees sitting around the bar. Finally had to call out to get the hostess up front. She asks us how many. We were the only 2 customers standing there. But I digresss, she then turns around and yells at the other workers and says “hey, whose turn is it?” No one responded. So she said she’s just gonna put us in the bar area an someone would pick us up. Then she asks another girl who’s gonna get us. She says it’s Heather’s turn but she went home. Finally one of the girls at the bar said that we were in her section, but she didn’t want us. That when I said “well just go”. She looked at me and said “ok bye” and turned around and walked away. And you wonder why the place is struggling.

The service was Great waitress was very attentive Food was hot and delicious prices were not bad for 3 adults and three children we were in the area for a few days and ate there twice in one day lunch and dinner.

The menu has limited appeal to me but what i've had is good. I particularly like the quesadilla. It's not fancy but typically great. The staff is really friendly, every time we eat here.

We haven’t been here in a while, we were pleasantly surprised! New management, mostly new staff. Everyone was very attentive, Manager came up to us and made sure everything was perfect. We always get the appetizer sampler and a burger. Everything was fresh and hot, very enjoyable experience.
